I use custom clam boxes, a little bit more expensive like he’s saying but I’ve gotten so much more positive feed back from the customer. They appreciate the effort of personal touch and more likely to recommend your brand.

Yep. I use Shopify and will typically use bubble mailers for 1-2 shirts and boxes for 3+ shirts. I've also thought about maybe rolling up the shirts and mailing them in those tube things, but that may be more expensive and not as practical.
There's also a site called packwire that will create custom boxes for you much cheaper than some of the other places I ran across, but you'll still have to come out of pocket $300-$500 for 100-200 boxes.

For shirts & patches I've been using the poly mailers with the built in handle. Comes in hella clutch when carrying multiple orders into the post office. I use a 8x8x4" box for my hats & I just started using 11x8x2" shipping boxes for custom hoodie orders

I agree with your use of the USPS. The post office has always delivered as promised. My only objection has been TRACKING. The postal carriers do NOT always keep the tracking system updated. BRANDOH keep up the good work! THANK YOU.
agreed. i have never had any complaints or issues from any of my customers BUT i have heard some stories from friends who own brands aswell. in my experience, i’ve never had a problem with USPS.

Great vids man. Are you getting the hats embroidered and then sent to you, or do you go through a local embroider after you get the hats?
i buy the blanks and take them to local embroidery shop. or i just drop ship the hats to the shop and pick them up when complete.

i dont know. i never wrapped a hat in paper or anything really. i just box it up
Do you have a video on how to build your Shopify? I can’t seem to figure out how to put my categorized products on the menu bar if that makes sense. It’s telling my customers to create an account in order to shop in my store 😭🙈

a bigger box. hahaaa you gotta measure your hat and your shirt and see what size it is and you can buy a box that'll fit the hat and shirt.

hahahahaaaaa all good. 6x8x8 fits a hat and a shirt but this all depends on how you fold your shirt and how big your hat is.

hi i never ship hats in poly envelopes. cuz they can get crushed in during shipment. i use boxes
I draw my artwork in pencil I want to upload it on to my computer. I have a MacBook Pro the only photo program that I have is the one that came with the computer. now can I upload my artwork onto my computer and do all the resizing so I can put my picture on T-shirts with the basic photo program that came with the MacBook Pro or do I need Photoshop and Adobe
i draw my stuff in pencil too. i got a video showing that process. i think i got a couple vids like that. not sure about the program you are using. i use photoshop to do it.

Is it advisable to ship hoodies in customised mailer boxes to make the customer feel special. Will this increase your sales or should polymailer be okay?
you can use whatever you want. i dont think your packaging will increase sales but i think the design on the hoodie is what will increase sales.
you have to remembwr that this is your business and only you know what would be best for your business. what do you want to offer your customers, what kind of experience do you want them to have, what fits in your budget and what fits in with your over all branding. theres really no right or wrong answer to this.

nope. you can use your own boxes or mailers

yeah. i either use a stamp or a sticker now.
save money and reverse a USPS flat rate envelope. Easily fit a basic tee in those...same way I ship comics...

by chance do you know the exact size of the box ?
sorry i dont remember. best bet is measure your shirt folded width and length and then stack up 3 or 4 shirts and measure how high you need the box. uline has alot of different sizes and variations

you'll melt the mailer. just use a regular vinyl sticker. no heat needed
You can get that stuff from Aliexpress really cheap and in big quantity and the same quality. Thats where i get my stuff at
What do you use if you ship a hat and a couple shirts together?
same box in the video. 2-3 shirts and 2 hats will fit in the box

no min. it all depends on what i want to offer and what i know i can sale. all brands are different and operate on different business models.
