You can box them in together. The shirts on the bottom and the hats on top in separate bags.

Wilcom 4.5 Designing Studio. Its about 4-5 grand.
What brand or company did you purchase box from ?
We use Uline. Amazon also has some for smaller quantities.
What about weight ? Why do many people have a scale ?
Different weights require different amounts of postage
What brand of hats do you recommend?
We use Flexfit 6227 (fitted hats) and Yupoong (dad hats).

Yes, if its less than 1 pound (16oz) you can ship 1st class. And yes, we use lightweight corrugated boxes for hats.

What size is the box
I use a 8x8x6 for hats. It fits about 2-3 hats.
What size for bags?
