Everything about this man is grotesque. The way his hands move when he moves around his files and papers. The facial expressions he makes, the way is mouth moves, the way he holds his head up in the air when he thinks he’s so slick. How smug he is. The way he thinks he can argue with the judge like he’s arguing with his Mother, etc. He’s going to be so miserable in jail. It’s going to be great.

This trial is a nail-biter for anyone who’s ever been involved with a narcissistic abuser. It is EPIC to see a person who has controlled, manipulated, and oppressed everyone close to him, now in a courtroom in a power struggle against a powerful system. A person who has never lost, pitting himself against a court. This man is going to crash and burn, and it’s going to be a celebration for all victims of this type of person!!!

He's trying to get her to deny that he did anything to her. It's past that. The state picked it up and there's nothing she can do. I hurt myself a few times and got rushed in hospital. It was purely accident but they asked me over and over...did someone hurt you? They did not and I kept saying it was an accident and it happened so fast but they made sure the best they could that no one hurt me. I was half asleep, parked on a steep incline, it was still dark outside, I went to close the car door and noticed that it was not gonna close right so I tried to grab it before it closed ajar. My hand got caught in it and broke my finger. I ran inside the store I was parked at and it was really a mess. They came running towards me with paper towels asking...what happened? I said my hand got stuck in the door. They thought I meant the store door. I said no my car door. I was in agony. The pain shot up my arm. What happened to Erika, they saw tire marks on her clothes and she was punched in the face. That may be why her front incisors were missing.

Even beyond this, take a look at something like sexual assault/rape cases. He is a very verbal person, in a certain way glib - but not as limited as you think. His main habit that he has obviously always found effective is the “Gish gallop”. The Gish gallop (named after a politician called Gish) is a technique of just surfing on the appearance of argument - piling on lie after lie, distraction after distraction, complaint upon complaint, irrelevancy upon irrelevancy - tangent after tangent, as the judge called it. Steve Bannon, referring to the modern mass-media/internet version of this technique, called it “flooding the zone with sh/t”. The judge here calls it “peppering” her with questions and so on.
As when she says “You’re doing it again,” his response is a complete non sequitur “Maybe because it has no validity.” It is actually purposeful that it is a non-sequitur, that it is another random piece of sh/t in the zone.
The purpose of it is that the other person trying to interact in good faith, gets hung up on trying to respond to one, or refute one, while the galloper wants nothing else than to pile up more and more.
The basis of the Gish gallop is that the galloper DOESN’T CARE about anything he says. It is just all about (as the judge says) disruption. He wants to disrupt the narrative and the thought processes of the judge, jury and prosecution, and creating a superficial appearance of an exchange. He may have a jump on this technique if he has ADHD, doesn’t CARE.

She could have lied about every single thing that transpired between them in the car, by the school, the day before and their entire relationship starting when she was 15. Not that she did of course but it wouldn't matter in the slightest to this case, excepting that he was charged with 1 count for assaulting her. The whole purpose of the pictures was to knock her off guard and try and knock her down. To make sure she knew that someone she trusted with those pictures had violated her trust. It was a cruel thing to do and he wanted way more than to get those pictures admitted into evidence. He probably cared the least about that aspect. He wanted to cause her pain, try and make it look like she was writing him letters in jail because he can't stand that not only has she rejected him, but that the world knows it so he had to try and convince the court that she hadn't rejected him. His little baby pride can't handle it.

However, the prosecution and the judge did all possible to hide the racial-hatred motivation for the murders. For example, the prosecution did not want to play the audio of the video that identified Brooks with the vehicle he used for the slaughter. In that video, Brooks clearly states his hatred of White people and his intention to kill them.
Do you actually believe his action was really a careless getaway? A getaway from what? His beating-up his girlfriend was just a normal part of his day, and he had a long history of the law letting him off. Suddenly, he's desperately afraid of being arrested for domestic violence? Well, that was the impression the prosecution gave, because they are cowards and are more concerned for their careers than they have concern for the truth.
Here's something else: if he had killed only two White people, he probably would have got off; if he'd killed only one White person, he definitely would have got off. In both hypothetical scenarios, the prosecutor and the judge would have found a way to let him walk free.

He raped and impregnated her at age 15. He's a pedophile.
Erica had 15 years of prison, by living with this bully.
He forced her into prostitution. He never ever worked just lived out of women around him.

Notice how easy it was for the prosecution to bait him into that outburst. This is why you don’t represent yourself. Dude forgot the assignment and forgot the point of defending himself was to create doubt. But he keeps showing you time and time again that duh he’s guilty and he has the text book personality of a psychopath. It was childishly easy to bait him into that outburst.

I’d call him a sociopath. Those fits of rage, his inability to parrot human emotions…textbook.

Psychopaths tend to be highly intelligent and have a calm and collected behavior. They tend to be well-liked because they are excellent actors and love to portray themselves as kind, well-mannered and successful people. They don't have the aggressive outbursts that sociopaths have. They are more calculated and discrete. They are way harder to spot, and that is what makes them so dangerous if they have bad intentions.
