Get a key way to retard the timing 10 degrees . The clutch weight acts as a flywheel. Otherwise the extra weight will slow the rpm down. With the keyway it will Utilize the flywheel weight and give some extra torque
Hey guy I’m sorry to bother you but your the only person I can find that maybe have some information about this clutch. I hate texting I have no idea where to start or even how to explain my situation I’m going to start videoing everything because right now I am so aggravated and lost all patience with this Bike I have a piaggio motor with a stage4 clutch and have nothing but problems with it I must’ve got a bad motor because I think it’s the biggest piece of shit everybody else says how good it is I have number problems with it I was only able to run three tanks of gas do it so far and every time I take it for a ride something else goes wrong with it from day one I can’t get the clutch to hook up it’s steady slips I got the noob pin bearing have no idea how that goes in he shows you one picture and expect you to know how that goes in but one picture I’ve been up all night the bikes in parts and I can’t find anybody that knows anything about this motor or clutch I’m going to make a video right now to show you because I can’t explain anything right now I’m so pissed off so I’m apologizing now if you can’t understand what I’m saying I can’t explain what the problem is all I can do is make a video to show you that alone is making me mad I’d really appreciate it if you can give me a call my name is Jimmy Barbone my phone number is 609-351-8431 if you have any idea on how this motor and clutch work could you please help me I’m about to be done with this motor go back to the Saw motor
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE MOTOR ITSELF BESIDES THE CLUTCH? EVERYONE HE HAS SOLD PEOPLE HAVE LOVED IT. THERE HAVE BEEN VERY LITTLE ISSUES AND WHAT ISSUES PEOPLE HAVE HAD WAS TUNING ISSUES

We make adjustable timing plates for that.
