I don’t like to compare the versions or voices or anything like that. I’ve been a Tull/Ian fanatic since I was 12(30 years now!) and I consider Martin to be a legendary musician. I’ve seen him with Dan Crisp 4 times now and it’s always wonderful. Unrealistic expectations will set you up for disappointment but if you appreciate it for what it is - great musicians performing great music, then you win every time.

Not keen on this arrangement. Seems to lack the power of the live versions from the late 70s.
And Dan Crisp, just can't take to his voice. It's just constant vibrato 😬
