This was filmed before the official launch of this feature, it was in perversion when the video was published before February 2024. So they added this warning, but Google did not delete it now that it is no more accurate... The Valet function is now available in China... In Europa there are unfortunately illicit legal but caduc limitations to allow risks but not such efficiency... Notice the autonomous billing system, which is blocked in Europa, obliging parking companies to pay a lot of money to buy ineffective systems to make partial and inaccurate payment system(s).
Your statement is super flawed. What you said is like saying that a human who is able to drive into their own garage won't be able to drive into any other garage.
This is not mapped by anyone other than the car itself. You just need to teach it by driving the route once and it will do it for you the next time. It will work in any underground car park

Tesla summon doesn’t work in a multiple level parking lot. This is 10 times better than Tesla and they are able to achieve this in a lot less time than Tesla

Tesla's auto parking is one of the worst out there. It's not even comparable to the cheaper Chinese brands, much less XPeng. Their cars are capable of multistorey valet parking since 2 years ago. And smart summon is pretty much unusable. And XPeng has been offering their smart features for free for years. The only optional extra you pay is the upfront cost for the LiDARs, which gives you the capability of industry leading city ADAS.
