Normally 1 hours extra labour ontop of a regular oil change service

Is it common for a sump leak and front main seal leak to occur at the same time? Mine went after 65,000 km which seems very surprising.

Honesty couldn’t tell you! Can’t say I’ve ever seen at front mains leak
