It was from my first tormented duriel this season and absolutely carried me defensively while I leveled to 100 and then into Tier 7 Horde.

@@Chill-C Started leveling through Nightmare Dungeons to get glyphs to lv 15. Stopped after i got 3 of them cause it was so boring. Did Hordes and they gave HUGE exp and were more fun so I did them from late 60s to early 80s. Added in World bosses and some helltides to keep it fresh.
I still didn't get any drops of Unsung gloves at this stage so I went to farm basic Beast in the Ice and his mats in ND. Finally got one, it was a trash roll but my god the damage increase was insane!
Had the mats to try a Duriel now that I had all the needed Uniques besides Tibaults (no Ubers) and melted the regular one. I got real brave and tried the Tormented version and while my damage was good for it I was a glass cannon at this stage and died to his poison in under a second if i didnt spam potions and cooldowns. I knew his moveset though from playing last season and after 4 deaths I got him and my first ever Uber Doombringer at level 86!
This build easily clears all content and tormented bosses with just the uniques but you will feel a bit squishy while you get gem upgrades to pump resistances and health. Just remember though you need to cycle shapeshifting and use Cyclone armor to get everything out of this build.

For those wondering if this works. It does. It super does. Do his leveling build and around 90 start target farming uniques for this. Completed Infernal Hordes Tier 6 with ZERO masterwork on my gear (one mythic ring). T100 NMD is a breeze but i forced myself to use Wind Shear instead of Claw to no solely relay on Earth Shield for Mana Regen. Modified paragon board to give more life.
Also blood howl for resources. Im not at T8 levels so playing with what works for me. Amazing guide 5/5 will follow for more

@derekdrozdzak well actually I followed both but once I got to a comfortable level of playstyle I followed the video more. 8/12 MW items and clearing T7 IH. Once 12/12 MW'd items, I'll try T8 level

@bronce0760 so currently working my T7 and some 12/12 and 8/12 MW gear. In Infernal I have zero issues but you can use Hurricane (no basic attack) to help proc Earth Shield and Tibualts will give you resource back. Also Blood Howl to restore 20 resource instead of 15% attack speed. In NMD or Hell Tide I have to watch how I attack and can't spam Earth Slide cause there aren't enough bad guys to kill. Even worse when fighting for Maidens and Sorcs are killing everything before me

Hello, small feedback, the mobalytics page seems out of date. There are still mention of cataclysm even under the petrify build. As well as several item that are not mentioned anywhere in the build (bjornfang's tusk for example).
The non uber variant has no resist gem strategy.
You mention to take sprit per second on gear in tips and tricks, yet you do not mentioned this stats anywhere on the 3 items available for it (except on chest in the non uber version).
On the gear stat page, there are still tempered stats on uniques (which is not possible, Thibault and the weapon, (Butcher and Doombringer)).
Do you think you will update that page for reference or only the youtube video needs to be used?
Yes please update the guide to match the video, i had to re-watch the paragon board part 4 times to find missing points

INDEED, PLEASE , we do not know which to follow , the mobalytics guide or the video :P in addition , the guide mentions to use a basic skill instead of wolves if u have mana issues , What Wolves !! i really wanna follow this build but can you please update the mobalytics guide ?!
The Guide's text is for the casual version, I can't make two texts for the gear set with bis gear, that is all. Both video and Guide are the same, In the video I go in depth about small changes you can make, like adding wolves if you want a tank for pits.
Would you consider changing Fulminante for Tectonic? If nature's fury text can be trusted, your Lightning Storm will be counted as Earth. Tectonic in that position gives ok crit plus +20% lucky hit chance.
Have you tried this? Really curious if this works and if I should implement it
I believe the tectonic lucky hit is additive and with optimized rolls on gear basically does nothing for the build, maybe giving like 2 percent lucky hit
I was using electrocution instead of fulminate. I may need to switch to fulminate.
So glad I found this. I could tell the maxroll landslide build was making some odd choices and missing both damage and defense opportunities. Your build makes perfect sense. Especially the paragon board. Thanks!

maxroll is a great website, compared to the giant advertisement, I mean mobalitics. I compared boilers and gobs setups, and ended up with a hybrid lol.

Tried this last night for an extensive period. I am having issues with mana and I had to take some of the "+spirit when you kill" nodes on paragon. Works great but I lack 4 points now. What am I doing wrong? I am using the exact same build as you are.

!!! True..about amulet...additional otheres items..normal -hard- even casual players never get this...He got items beacuse someone ealse give it too him... You dont get that gloves, amulet, and ring 40% speed..and your build will be OFF from energy too cast this all hits..and never see 200 mln dmg.. Its Crazy this days..how people is egoistic stupid...Showing working tone of 1000 h gameplay time + 50 people..get items from it works and called this build..its " my build "... this is JOKE how unrealistic is this all youtubers, twitchers etc this days.

@@TammoHPi didn't see (!!!) envenom +2 for all season lol but human variation of this build with Andy and Tyrael could destroy almost anything: 95 lvl, 3 of 5 glyphs 15 lvl, totem 780 ip -tier 7 done ezz😂

Aside from the claw basic attack, this has been the build I've been playing and tinkering with this season
yeah claw is probably great for controller but on MK i just use wind shear
Claw is a way to consistently shift between bear and werewolf for that chunky base 24%× damage boost from quickshift. No other skill besides blood howl (I personally use trample instead) will shift you into werewolf and also enable affixes like Skinwalker GA to work reliably by shift weaving.
Honestly I play the druid every season. It's my favorite class. I just started season 5 going to try this. I normally default to pulverize or lightning storm. So I'm excited to try something new.
Cough cough did you play season 1 or 2 if so druid was godamm weak I liked it but 1k dmg at level 50 is way too low in s2
@@deadman3617season 1 and 2 we were cracked. Used bugged boulder build and it was one of the strongest pve and pvp builds in the game next to barb

Double masterwork cooldown on shako gives a 30 second cooldown on cataclysm....without cooldown on totem. I dont miss the vasilys at all. Loving this build. And i do life on hit on amulet and totem. Helps alot
What are you using to proc Werebear without Vasily's? Seems like a dps loss that wouldn't fair too well in pushing or T8. You can get Cataclysm's cooldown pretty low without Shako.
i have 9% cooldown and 100% uptime on cataclysm lol make sure you have the right spirit boon because you definitely are losing a shit ton of damage without Vasily
You lose your shapeshifting bonuses.
You need vasily to make your earth skills wearbear skills to benefit from various multipliers
Best build to level with druid that can smoothly go into this build?
A BUILD I am trying is the Landslide and I am stuck at Infernal 5. Totally stuck. Would SERIOUSLY APPRECIATE an attempt at Druid Landslide by you.

Last night I did my first Uber duriel run and hit both the ring of starless skies with a GA on crit as well as the doombringer. Both dropped on a single try! Lucky as f!
However I think I would still take your amulet instead! 😮
I just tweaked my build a bit to match this better and am already mowing shit down just as fast even without the big big numbers yet. Looking forward to improving on it. Was looking for this. The previous maxroll build I followed had a horrible paragon board and the wrong tempers on the weapons. Everything makes way more sense now. Glad to be on the proper path now. lol

Awesome guide and the most fun build ive played in any Diablo! Wrecking T7 with starter gear and bad rolls. Love it. One thing im wondering, should you spamclick landslide or just hold it? I cant really tell the difference, but I know so many builds wanna spam vs hold, for reasons way deeper than my knowledge in this game
I had exactly this build (or pretty much). Survivability sucked, and I couldn't do tier 7 infernal hordes. Did a few co-op runs of uber bosses. Got enough mythic uniques to make the two resplendent sparks I needed. Got myself the Tyraels might. And the doombringer dropped. Equipped those, hade to sacrifice both symbiotic aspect and aspect of retalliation. And I can now pretty easily cruise through IH tier 7. My survivability went thru the roof. Also my damage is way more punishing. Recomend finding people that'll will do uber boss runs with you. It's a loot pinata. Gunna do this again, and hope that I'll get some greater affixes to my uber gear eventually.
Weird having a build with only 2 aspects working. But if it kills, it kills.
Can you use Tyriel for the chest and move symbolic to your amulet or is it worth running it
I've had much fun with the build at the start! Did not really min max it like you, but still did a ton of dmg. I switched to pure landslide 2-3 days ago. It's better vs bosses but area of effect kind of sucks, unlike the stormslide. Both builds are great, but stormslide looks better!

The trick I used is that instead of buying Envenom GA, I bought Quickshift and Defiance who was recently buffed and flies under the radar. I then spent 2b to reroll Envenom. So an 100B Amulet only costed me 2.b

play dolmen build. better than this. underrated af. farm a good dolmen amulet and mjolync ring. have infinite uptime on cataclysm and hurricane then find ways to increase your damage. you never die with this build. temper hurricane duration it's gameplay is also easier with that.
Peep your DR you can have max res but with no DR you get clapped

I understand that there’s little to no value in completing the pit anymore for a lot of people given the amount of resources one can obtain in internal hordes, but I’m curious how deep this build could push in the pit vs. the straight landslide build... Anyway, great video as usual.
Did I miss something? Do obdurite and Neathiron drop in infernal hordes?
@@Daft_Ideas Yes, and in very large quantities in higher tiers. If I’m not mistaken, neathiron doesn’t drop until tier 7 or above. In order to collect the materials, simply open the materials chest upon completing the internal horde. The materials box only cost 20 aether and can be opened as many times as you’d like until you run out of aether. In short, if you have a solid tier 7 or tier 8 run (600+ aether), you will get A LOT of materials.
Edit: and on most occasions, you will also get a fair amount of Stygian stones too!

Preciate the work that goes into the vids! Have Doombringer but no Starless yet. Guessing Mjolnic ring is really just for the lower gear build with Cataclysm. Any suggestions for another ring or aspect to use for the Petrify Doomslide build until Starless drops?
You doing full Cata with pre-buff or just a good Cata build? Scream has a pre-buff one, honestly, I hate those types of builds but I love Cataclysm and LS, so I'm probably going to play Landslide that way instead of with Petrify, but was hoping for a sweet alternative.

Buddy, I said it in discord it would be strong and this build is soooo good. I don’t have the doombringer yet so I’m running cleaver was gonna wait till I get a good GA dagger to switch. And my gloves are not god tier like yours but in time. Still working on my gear and getting it all in check. 🤙🏼

I was wondering about this too then I figured out the reason, you want to cap "Earthen devastation" legendary node on paragon

For those asking, no, Tyraels is not viable in this build. Tested it myself.
As far as the weapons, Butchers is a decent weapon, but a solid roll dagger is so much better once i got one. You don't lose much crowd control and you gain a lot more DPS with the dagger. Not to mention the +85% physical damage is a literal wasted affix on your weapon. Butchers is a good starter weapon for the build, but once you pull a solid dagger, you'll never go back.
Have you tried doombringer to compare damage? Wondering if the falloff would be too much
Yes, it is. Maxroll has a build up right now using Tyrael's Might. It's the best version of this build, in my opinion.

Tyraels is definitely viable it basically makes you unkillable though having the regular chestpiece with that aspect is just better bc you basically have 100% uptime on unstoppable thanks to cyclone armor/bullwork. But if your DR isn’t good yet run tyraels. Idk what testing you did to come up with that outrageous stastement but butchers cleaver is crazy work… run the dagger or sword

Hi sir, love the build. In the process of putting it together in d4 right now. I was wondering about your comment on the Earthbreaker ring. You said that the "chance to cast landslide twice" affix does not prox nature's fury and it's therefore not worth it to try to get a GA on that but you said the unique line chance to spawn a landslide within techtonic spikes is important and you want to get it as close to 30% as possible.
I was wondering if the extra landslide pillar you spawn inside tectonic spikes in the unique line DOES prox natures fury and thats why it's more important than getting the GA on "increasing chance to cast landslide twice"?

I tried to make a build very similar to this work a few seasons ago. It was so fun but hard to make hybrid build with nature's fury viable then.

I’m running a low tier gear version of this and was wondering if Fleshrender is a suitable option for a one handed weapon, as it has ranks to defensive skills and does poison damage. With the poison damage on the weapon, could you then use the paragon points of Constricting Tendrils into something else?

This build is very good, no doubt about it, but Sorc Lightning spear is unfortunately much better. With macro and almost perfect gear it deletes everything in Infernal Horde 8. Fell council dies in mere seconds. My all time record is 1068 aether on a good run.
Will be nerfed then.
