@@DamianBrown Dustin Abbott certainly doesn't agree, damning the 55 1.8 with faint praise, despite the excellent review by DPRO- yes, the lens & the DPRO assessment are, now, a little distant, however quality glass, as with the SZ 35 2.8, simply do not "age".

Another good value for money alternative lens, however I won't be selling my excellent SZ 55 1.8, magic glass.

great video, do you recommend this rather than younnu DA DSM 50mm 1.8?
I haven't tried it, they said they would send their lenses but nothing..
What do you think about this Meike lens compared to the Sony 50mm f1.8 in all aspects? give suggestions which one is better
