I was 100% dependent on him for everything! My divorce is final TODAY , after 31 yrs. Woohoo 🥳 He assaulted me Dec 5th. I filed for divorce Dec 11th. I kicked him out and he’s on a CPO for 3yrs .

I’m finally holding my boundaries on no contact. I’m finally at the place where I’m free of caring about the smear campaign. I have met someone else and now I can know truly that i am following my heart. Relationships that are healthy are not like the one with the Narc. I pray and hope you can one day move forward and get over this person who is troubled. No need to shame them, just simply move on with your life.
I was the one leaving him. I blocked him on my phone. He passes my house from time-to-time. But he doesn't make a big effort to hoover me yet! He is with his new supply, he went straight back to his ex. I'm in the healing process using all the knowledge gained from the Narc channels. I'm so angry at myself, and at him. He's awful...he has no respect for boundaries. He will try to be " friendly" at times via text, but then goes back to the same crap as always. He asked me to marry him, ignored me the next day, and then started saying that we don't get along, so therefore marriage wouldn't work. You think??? I know he's just messing with my head...seems he gets a kick out of leaving me in a state of confusion.
💯 My ex cost me both sides of my family... I only have a good relationship with my dad now. Everyone else is a flying monkey⚠️ NEVER UNDERESTIMATE what people will do⚠️🙏🏼

It feels wonderful and an accomplishment to have survived the last very difficult year, on top of 12+ years of a living hell. The narc tried to hoover me 38 times, the last time being beginning of May. I did not accept 1 of them, I responded by not giving them any response which means I starved them for supply. That translates into 38 wins for me. Just as stated in this video the purpose of a hoover is to gain control, over power you so they can dump you, hurt and humiliate you like never before. Things never get better with the narc, they always get worse.

that is exactly what my wife is doing to me everything you said now we are in divorce she made everyone against me even my past friends with her lies she's so wicked now when she knows I know screaming yelling cursing me and all my family and she's doing everything to break me , there are some days I feel good and strong and some days I feel bad and week but I'm slowly slowly recovering
after i left her and exposed her. she made a fake police report to pin me as the worse husband on earth, i have a criminal record now, homeless, jobless...fun times. made a 11 pages report against her in February 2024, nothing was done yet. seeing a lawyer soon...hopefully something will get done. all this because i want to sell the house she she doesn't.
He cheated i found out, was with him five years, he went to be wigh her. he left begged me to be friends. He messages me every week. I know what he is now. Its helping me heal.
