Ensalada de Pulpo [Octopus Salad from Puerto Rico]

Let’s Create! Octopus salad (ensalada de pulpo) is easy to prepare. I will also show you how to tenderize the octopus. Growing up in Puerto Rico, I remember this salad being served in plastic cups but in restaurants it was served the way that I will show you.
What would you need?
* Octopus (fresh or frozen)
* Bell peppers (yellow, red and/or orange)
* Light extra virgin olive oil
* Red onion
* Garlic
* Apple cider vinegar
* Olives without pits
* Lime and or lemon
* Cilantro
