Good run through of the machine. Personally, since the games are being played on a full size cab, I like the tables to match up to where the machines bezel is. On a wide oriented display, I enjoy seeing what the cabs look like.
Those look good Jeremy. Now I understand how it was scrolling at the beginning of that Gottlieb the other night. Maybe it was that Bonebusters you were playing.. thanks for showing
I love all the music and effects on the Gottlieb tables, but the floaty, dead-ball physics on those tables suck. Because of that, I always play the Zac tables & hardly ever touch the Gottlieb tables. The gameplay & graphics between the 2 types of tables are huge.
Thanks for watching and commenting. I'm glad the video helped and you tried some new settings on your Legends. So many people are worried to change anything. I personally like messing with everything 😁
@@PinballMayhem I saw that you put the vid together before that update was available, but I just wanted to get it out there. I almost returned my ALP because being an old timer, those Gottlieb tables were a major draw for me, and most of the tables were unplayable with the lump. None of the firmware updates worked for me and I had to keep doing a factory reset to return the Gottlieb balls to their silvery goodness. AtGames finally got their act together with V5.64. That update fixed the Gottlieb balls and a few other issues.
@@PinballMayhem Having chased the Silver Orb of Woe for more than 50 years, the dynamic duo of Ed Krynski and Gordon Morison still speak the loudest to me. In the real world, I would likely take Big Shot, Centigrade 37 or Jacks Open over any of the other Gottlieb titles. But of the Gottlieb offerings in the ALP, if I had to choose just one machine, it would probably be a toss up between Class of 1812 and Cue Ball Wizard. I like Bone Busters, I just can't seem to get the hang of it. For pure derision, it's hard to beat the insults coming from the smart-mouthed gopher in Tee'd Off. Being a former golfer, I thought, "Is that a range ball you're using?" was an especially funny taunt.
The classic display mode is great. Really adds depth to the visuals on the table. I like getting more of the 3d effect. Classic delivers.
Thank you

Thanks for the great comment. Agreed! While I do enjoy aspects of both sets of tables, I really enjoy the Zac remake versions.
Thank you for the "how to" instructions. So easy to follow, even a cave man "like me" can understand.
lol

Cool Info, but I prefer the cabinet mode. Thanks for showing this feature anyhow 👍
Tanks for watching the video and commenting. It's all about choices.
An update to firmware V5.64 will get rid of that ridiculous solid grey lump on the Gottlieb tables and return the proper silver ball.
Thanks for the tip Vic! I have yet to update to that version. It's on my list (first to log into Arcade net and update the username)

@@RickLaForce Excellent! BTW - what's your favorite Gottlieb table on the ALP?
I've grown fond of Bone Busters - I love the music and callouts.

Thanks Jeremy. Appreciate that.
You're welcome. I'm all about options 😁
Any idea what pro mode does in the flippers ? Got the grey ball fubar too !!!!!
Excellent question! I just tried. Both settings. No changes. I'm guessing it's for non pinball cabinets.
@@PinballMayhem Yea I couldn't see any differences either. THanks.
My cloud pinball is playing upside-down.
Merci pour cette vidéo. :) :) ;)
