My wife reports the same thing, however majority of nurses are foreigners speaking with a slite accent. This is just personality. Can not kill them. Hope only for God to change them, to take them home asap, or for their early retirement. It is found in most of the locations where my wife worked. We called it gangs, depending on a ethnical/national congregation running the most advanced positions in the facilities. Unequities and unfairness, most disrespectful situations towards singled out nurses/workers that you call bullying. True statement. Support. Take care. God bless you.
Hi Val, I am so happy to see you here. Thanks for the message
There will always be bullies as painful as it can be, but how you deal with it is the key. Tell your wife to keep the faith and take the right steps at all times. Make sure she keeps documentation.
It's really sad but it's the truth
Oh my! Thank you auntie for the encouragement and words of wisdom🙏🏾

Bullies are haters I think jobs need to do more about this in their workforces.
I am a Certified nursing assistant and working around those type of individuals your talking about why I didn't push to become a nurse.
Keep your head up

Absolutely, you spoke well. What people think or say about you doesn't matter. What matters is one believing in him or herself, staying focused in achieving those dreams. Man is not God❤️🤗
Thank you so much
Hey! I am also a pm nurse and have had some troubles with coworkers. There are a few people that are quite lazy- sleeping through the shift, not taking care of patients well/yelling at them, are generally disrespectful to patients and the rest of our staff through words/belching/snoring etc. I’ve tried many times to bring this to attention but keep getting no results. Do you have any advice for this situation? It’s getting to the point that I and other nurses are having to take on those peoples work load. I’m really not sure what to do. 😢
It sounds as if you got negligence here with quiet a number of matters to be address. Now, this will take proper documentations, detailing incidents. Address the matter to the supervisor and nurse educator. Make sure protocol are in order. Have a meeting with the making them aware of findings, and changes that should be made. Have supervisors informing their accountabilities, and taking responsibilities for their actions. Now, this is the time pen and paper should meet and action taken. I hope this help
Body language is dangerous,
You know the right thing. They will use their eyes and body language and have no clue I am aware of it.
