Also, brake fluid wont leak from the outer piston ruuber seal like you said, the thins square rubber seal you put in the slot inside the caliper first is the only brake fluid seal. The outer boot rubber just a water / weather seal
Are you sure you should have put the red grease all round inside of caliper and all over piston like that? Wont it contaminate the brake fluid when it back on car. Honda service shows to only put little grease around the 2 rubber seals...

Seriously you could have used the old piston by giving it a good clean & *Polish* - All you needed was the new seals & some rubber friendly grease.
Took me 2 hours and that’s just 1 fucking things
