The winch does not sit on top of the bumper. It is an extra plate you have to buy and it sits inside the bumper.

Can this package be added after buying car or it has to be ordered before building?

We asked and they said no he package needs to be ordered beforehand because a lot of components are substituted, not just upgraded. You can purchase all the parts from Jeep and do the upgrade yourself but you’d be replacing existing parts and we’re not sure it would be price competitive with some of the good quality aftermarket systems that are out there. Sorry. Sales guy is wrong. Bumpers are an extra $2000. Gears, tires, wheels, and lift are 4k$

We asked the sales guy and he says he’s not wrong, at least at their dealership you get all of that for the quoted price. But there’s so many dealerships marking stuff up like crazy we figure you’re absolutely correct depending on the dealership. Thanks so much for the comment!

If you don't know what you are talking about keep your mouth closed....those are not Fox shocks..that front bumper has been around for years on the JL..those are fog lights, not running lights..then I stopped watching.But in case you never covered it the other big items the XR package has are performance brakes and cast iron steering knuckles, that with the 4.56 gearing (that you did mention) are the biggest value adds.

Those are Fox Shocks, built by Fox for Mopar so they carry a Mopar part number and no Fox badging but if you look it up, they are indeed built by Fox (www.motortrend.com/features/jeep-wrangler-xtreme-recon-2022-four-wheeler-of-the-year/) Thanks for commenting!

Oy mate, you tell him to keep his mouth shut if he doesn't know what he's talking about, and then open yours and say something completely wrong. Those are Fox shocks. And he never said the bumper was exclusive to this rig, just that he thought it was cool. But you got him on the running lights. Good job.
