These graphics look so much better than Driver or Driver 2. The environments have more character. It's one of the best looking driving games on PS1 for sure.

Graphically speaking ARGUABLY the best 3D open world game on the Playstation 1. I once read online many years ago that Rockstar toyed with the idea of making an open world 3D Grand Theft Auto game for the original Playstation. How much validity or truth there is behind this I'm not sure but this game specifically proves that I suppose figuratively speaking it could of been achieved. But and without being a game programmer or knowing anything about how that stuff works I don't think you would of been able to cram the amount of missions and everything else that GTA encompasses onto a PS1 disc. Alongside the world being as big and graphically impressive as World's Scariest Police Chases was. I think that very fact that WSPC only has 20 missions and then your done probably supports my theory as well.
