Big Sky, Montana. Headwaters hike to triple-black run 'Firehole': 29 Mar 2023 Highlights

Time lapse of my hike from the top of Headwaters lift, to the first accessible triple-black run along called 'Firehole'. The skiing itself was incredible with so much fluffy powdery snow in the chute. The hike to get there is harrowing to say the least! I slip twice while hiking along the ridge! Damn man, lucky you that your ski didn't fall all the way down. Sick video btw, you need some balls to do that hike

I can't describe the empty feeling I had in my stomach when I saw it start to tumble, but thank God those poles were installed by ski patrol or I would have been side slipping on one ski the whole way down. That hike was no joke at all, and now I wish I would have taken a full video instead of just a time-lapse. Thanks for the props! 🤙
