I cleaned my rollers prior to printing and print on presentation matte setting that made the color pop even more
Before putting the powder down and curing. The first time. You can use you Circuit scraper tool. Ans remove the most of the roller marks. Just be careful
Your a good instructor so many creators leave important info out of their videos. Thanks
Thank you ☺️
Next time put heat transfer tape where the roller marks are and the design is not. That way the roller marks won’t transfer to the shirt.
Excellent video!
Have you noticed any ink loss in the wash?
I love your shirts. The colors are vibrant. I have been thinking about using DTF. Thanks for this video you did a great job.
Thank you ☺️
What temp do you need your heat press to cure the print?
Just had a ? With the yamation powder and film what time and second do you put heat press on when pressing image to garment. Some many videos and everyone have different times
Hi very informative I’ve also seen that you can buy black powder for dark t shirts just wondered if you have tried it out
Nice Vid. At the moment I do screen printing, Vinyl and Full Color Transfers but I plan to buy a DTF Printer soon aswell
Love the shirt! I am going to order the Yamation DTF film and powder for my cotton shirt
Thanks for the video. If you press twice with the DTF powder your colors will pop even more.
Thank you! I’ll definitely try that!
Donna Hansard how do you do that please
I tried this method for 1st time. And the paper was sticking really bad and when i peeled it off the print was faded. Im using a canon inkjet
will it hold up in the wash Thank you for showing us.
could you use q-tip with alcohol to remove roller marks?
I tried. The alcohol will run into your ink and make the powder er come off. You have to do it when the ink is wet because when it dries it’s harder to come off but when the ink is wet, it’ll run 🤦🏽♀️ still trying to see what can fix this issue
So some dtf powder only works good for white but some can be used for both white and colored black too
I need your help, your video was the only one the same as my process but im having an issue on print. Im getting a shadow like box around my image.
You did a wonderful job. Love the shirts💕💕💋💋💎💎💎💎
Thank you ☺️
Wait so if we did color print with DTF ink it would come out nice and colorful on dark?
I have a et4800 using sublimation ink and paper. my prints come out just fine. when using dtf film my prints come out with lines through the image. does anybody know what can be causing this to happen?
Problem I'm having I think it's setting issues
My dtf paper just feeds through the printer but doesn't print? I have tried taping it to a normal paper but is does the same? Thanks
How does it wash for you? I did a shirt with the Yamation brand film and powder and it peeled after the first wash.
did u make the shirt ur wearing?
Have you had any issues with Ironing afterwards? Seems like some color wants to come off with every iron session (even on warm setting). I don't iron directly on the image. I turn inside out with some paper (inside & on top) to protect other side of shirt but I still notice color on the paper afterwards....I haven't heard anyone mention this sort of issue in tutorials. I only iron when absolutely necessary but sometimes it just has to be done😩💀
Hello. I have the same DTF film and powder. I use the tape as well. My printer keeps spitting out blanks. Any ideas? Thanks
Do you know if I take the rowers out? Will regular sublimation paper still work in it?
have you ever tried the DTF powder using sublimation paper so the ink doesn't smear?
My image didn’t stick on. Any reasons why?
Amazing keep up the good work
Absolutely beautiful
what temp is your heat press set on for the curing?
I think she did it at 380 for 3 minutes
So how do you do black t shirts? Or will that require dtf ink? 😊 thank you.
So cute! Love your shirt!
Thank you ☺️
How do you set hard press on your HTVRONT Press or work around it?
Who do you prefer to order sublimation transfers ready to print?
Great video. Thank you
Thank you for sharing!🥰
I think saying would look good on the red
Good looking lady. Informative video. Definitely don't think this method is something I would be interested in doing.
Can you do dtf powder on sublimation paper?
You don't need a DTF printer...I do Sublimation paper AND DTF film through my converted Epson printer...no problem
Do you always have to print on white shirts?
Hi Angel B, I love the videos. I have a question, I used the Yamation DTF with my epson ET 15000. At first the film would only slide through the printer. One of your follower's mentioned she saw add painter's tape to the film in order to give it some weight. (although I don't see that in this video). Anyway, I only saw a piece of tape in the center of the film. I added the painter's tape down the center of my DTF film and that is the only place ink printed on my DTF film. Did you experience this issue when printing on the DTF film? Was it too light to print on? Did you have to add painter's tape in order to add weight?
I saw a guy glue a regular sheet of paper to the back of the film to solve this issue
What type of dtf printer does your friend use
How long did you press for the 2nd press?
Maybe you can help. All my transfer when press turns black. I dont think im curing right.
yes make sure its cured i use a heat gun because my press just wasnt doing it for me....works perfect. if its black is is not cured
What temperature did you use to dissolve the powder ?
It was between 320 and 380. I just put it under while it was warming up
@@AngelBDesigns thanks
I got streaks too … I just bought new dtf film … it only comes out on the film .. When I use aSub paper I get NO streaks .. will see what happens
On the Epson printers I have you can choose think paper. That might solve your problem. It’s under the maintenance tab.
me too doesnt happen with normal sub prints
@@reddtillman1076 I haven’t tried again since then … good luck
Are you limited to just doing the size of the paper or can you piece together to do larger size like in regular sub printing?
I just tried this yesterday and I pieced two films together. But they do sell bigger films for bigger printers, just an FYI in case if you do have a big printer.
What kind of heat press do you have? I like it.
This is the Htvront auto press
What temp did you cure it at?
So are you saying for the most part with DTF print it's best to do them on white shirts?
Just with the subliminal ink with an actual dtf printer you can do any color
Your ring is beautiful
Hello Angel, did you have any issues with the film not feeding in your printer?
No I didn’t. It went through perfectly
Try taping the film to regular print paper with painters tape
Can I use the I can totally make that
If you get the right kind of powder you can have it show up popping on any color
What kind of powder is this? 👀
Have you had success with this? Are you able to let me know which powder please?
I can’t get my printer to accept the film even with taped on paper! Any suggestions.
Did you tape it up at the very top? Other than that.. I’m not sure why it wouldn’t take it. That’s weird.
Sometimes you just need to put a small stack of regular paper behind the film so the printer just picks up the film. That worked for me.
How are you getting your sublimation printer to print white ink?
I’m not. I actually mentioned this several times in the video ☺️
Actually sublimation inks are transparent and there is no white sublimation ink. That's way it can only be used on light colored items.
What about black DTF powder?
I haven’t tried it yet.
So since you got the streaks will you troubleshoot to get rid of them ? Or just not use this dtf film?
I probably won’t use this as a long term thing. So for now, I won’t be removing the rollers
❤️❤️❤️
Does the DTF wash well ?
I’ll be doing a wash test ☺️
@@AngelBDesigns any results yet on the wash test? Thank you
What are the paper and print setting everything else is irrelevant
I love you image did you design it on the first white shirt with the crafting image
Why use sublimation ink instead of DTF?
It’s just a hack for those who don’t have a dtf printer
irrelivent but i love ur NBC shirt
Thank you ☺️
@@AngelBDesigns ur welcome
Hello!!!
I notice you did not mirror it
I did mirror it. I said I mirrored it in the video ☺️
It looks amazing ? With all of those random ink marks ? I don’t think so! Also the likes aren’t sharp and detailed at all
The print method is not 100% just because the sublimation colors do not sit perfectly on the PET film. The result is a cracked motif and I don't like it.Anyway I come up with this idea already last year on some Facebok groups about DTF printing
