Sad to sad she passed away the crash she was in from hitting a womens home caused sever injuries to Anne Heches Brain she was put on life support for so many days and was considered brain dead after so many days but her family wanted to donate her organs so they did as far as I heard on that then she was pulled off life support may she rest in peace and may God watch over her family and relatives and close friends😥!!!
this character of the old rusty pilot that flies a bucket of junk aircraft (although he obviously is actually very good and the plane pulls through in extreme situations) is the EXACT premise for Han Solo and the Millennium Falcon in Star Wars also the energy of the fiesty, smart, gorgeous princess that matched Harrison's energy in Carie Fisher's Princess Leia is equivalent the the kooky, smart, sexy New York editor played by Anne Heche here - they are both so good!
My favorite Harrison Ford films are 6 days 7 nights, and "The Fugitive." The de Havilland Beaver airplane is a great plane to own, especially when it is in excellent condition. There are de Havilland Beaver planes that have a value of $500,000 and ONE MILLION DOLLARS (in United States money) when they have been well cared for, and have recently undergone a restoration. This includes a rebuilt engine, newly recovered seats, and all new or touched up paint. I would be delighted to fly in a de Havilland Beaver plane if someone invited me to, just as long as the pilot is responsible and knows what they are doing. When an airplane is maintained and in good working order, it does not matter how old it is. There are World War 2 airplanes that still get flown today; you can pay a pilot to take you for a flight in one of these wonderfully restored aircraft. Of course, not everyone is brave enough to fly in small aircraft; some people are afraid to fly in any plane, big or small. I understand that kind of fear since I once was scared to fly.

Almost 1000 were sold to the US Army alone, and more around the world.) DeHavilland Canada was a subsidiary of DeHavilland, and was left to survive on its own after the war.
For me, one of the most hilarious scenes in the film!! I like listen the original dialogues, i don't understand all the words but It doesn't matter. It's a good way to learn english better!
I loved this movie since i was 8 yrs old, and I have to confess I have like the BIGGEST crush on Harrison ever since (just in this movie btw) He is so attractive asdfghjkl I blush lol Although, In my Opinion the Pairing with Anne Hache wasn't the best, they've had no chemistry at all
Highly unlikely that would be the only plane to take people to the smaller islands. Hawaii has had airlines to take people from island to island for the longest time
The sad thing is this is what tour planes are like in Hawaii with pilots who act like this. Funny in a movie but not funny in real life when real people die in tragedies
This is still my all time favorite movie.!!
Im so devastated about Anne Heche - praying there is a miracle and she pulls through
Unfortunately she’s gone. 😪
@@leahfox7076 I woke up to this news in Australia - just devastating 😌

The most recognizable bush plane in the World. One of Canada's greatest technological achievements of the 20th Century.
@@cleekmaker00 "Canada"? It was invented, designed by an uncle of British actress Olivia de Havilland.

A pretty woman never gets dull
This is why Harrison loves flying.
He even bought that plane when the movie was finished
He didn't buy THAT Beaver, but one of his own.

Poor acting and plot makes this a predictably bad movie. Dissappointing.
