"For Freshwater and Saltwater Use Only" means you cannot use this filter for any other type of liquids (such as gasoline, etc.). You may use this for brackish water and anything else in between fresh and salt.

I bought this it’s a little big considering the size of my tank but it’ll have to do till I’ve got a smaller one I came here for a video to see how deep you submerge because I’m worried the water will hit the electric wire😂 as you can tell it’s probably my first time having fish😂

Update.. I’ve submerged it and turned it on the water flow seems to be okay although as I was adjusting the flow it popped of, and I can’t see any uv light have I done something wrong or am I not supposed to see a light? X

This UV bulb filter could be used to make raw water potable for human consumption. In a pinch.

Why would you want to get rid of green water? Daphnia love it and so do fry 😮
