There's also a footage where some paranormal activity is taking place in the house and strange voices are heard on cameras (maybe death echos). I think their spirits might trapped there.

I think they should get a team of people that volunteer to help completely level the home leaving nothing more than the foundation and underground plumbing. Then take the money spent to buy the house and build a new home from the ground up on the foundation. Then taking some of the material from the original house and make a monument somewhere near the oilfield. Keeping in mind that people will be visiting the monument and placing it somewhere away from other homes and out of the way of people working at the oil plant. It’s a win win.
