I just realized that everytime the rocket turret hits GLaDOS it hides like "oh shit what have i done"
glados in the start: your my worst enemy
glados in the end: your my friend
wheatley in the start: your my friend
wheatley in the end: your my enemy but now your my friend again

Why did Wheatley's handles disappear when he was transferred?
They appear in the end cutscene
the handles get latched to the core placeholder, for better subjection.
They appear at the final cutscene because they get unbuckled by the air current going into space
There should have been a moon level
