That one arm, one leg pose after starfish is so challenging - it's outside of my strength and balance toolbox, so I stay in starfish, but I really appreciate the core body strength it takes to do that pose.

I am French, 33 years old (male)
I use to be in the French Army Airborne 💪🏼
I use to play Rugby, and i also practiced MMA ( rookie/training)
I workout my body with kettlebell only.
Since a long time now, i suffer from backpain, to the sacrum area.
I discovered your channel while i felt bad, in my mind du to the loneliness and the pandemic crisis...
So i decided to practice Yoga more, and to do it in a recovery style routine, between my other workouts.
I can say, i feel more confident with my back, and recovered some stretch.
My chiropractor healed my backpain but, i know your lessons are good to me.
And i also feel some energy in my stomach, call it whatever you want, chi, ki, emotions, whatever, but i feel more and more of my intra energy thanks to you.

Hey, man, I really don't know how you do this but you are a very good Yoga instructor. Your instructions are very clear and detailed and I never have the need to look at the screen which makes it so much easier. I actually thought about it yesterday and to think that you do all of these difficult poses and still manage to talk as if nothing is happening is amazing. Keep up the Yoga for Men series, I fucking love them. And also a friendly advice: Visit Bulgaria some day, it's beautiful ;)

CRUSHING episode, absolutely loved every second. Really unique warm up, interesting but strong poses and especially the toe mobility and the chavasana pushups screwed me up good. Love it!
The class is great but it’s intermediate difficulty at best. More like episode 3, 10, and 17 please :)
That said, I could just follow up with a core and maybe leg from pulse series to round it out. Many thanks for all of the great videos. You and bre have honestly been my instructors for the last year and a half, getting pretty good at this now. Love the strong stuff!!!
PULSE is designed to be done after our flow classes, so you're doing it right!
Flow, I found your channel at the beginning of the pandemic and have come to appreciate what you do more with every time back. The energy conveyed through the channel is potent. Great new workout. I like the focus on controlling breathing. I have seen this focus on slowing down breathing translate into my swim workouts. I can much more effectively recover in the breaks between my splits. BTW if anyone is looking for a complimentary workout to yoga, swimming is great. I do yoga 5 days and swim three. Don’t know if swim helps my yoga, but yoga definitely helps my swim.

Every class is so well thought trough, tarnishing the repetitions with a very eventful flow so its almost a surprise when its finally the other sides turn. I really appreciate the "side-knowlegde" being dropped by these two here (this time: to put more weight into to heels when standing to be more in the present and less into the next forward move). Thank you!

I don't know if you know who mooji is but the way that you were speaking so soft in this meditation at the end made me realize that you should do more guided meditations on the channel. I would very much resonate with your voice the way that you're calm and gentle at the end with your voice voice if you overlaid it with handpan or some soft flute or waterfall it would be so nice because I really find myself listening to your guidance without effort

Was looking to do a new yoga flow this morning and saw this video. Wow wasn't expecting a total body workout lol. Sweating and feeling relaxed after I'm done. I added a few of my routine stretches at the end. Like the bridge reach, bridge into back bend and side twists. Thank you for this invigorating yoga class!

I loved that awkward starfish and lifted foot to tree pose transition, well thought out and a great thought regarding the fact that a lot of people are being on the tip of their feet and rushing for the future instead of standing on their heels and being present instead. 🙏🏼❤
