I finished the practice and started reading through the comments, and I realized we are such a great community, we seriously are all connected as Adriene always says. I have tears rolling because I feel like a part of something bigger. I am not alone. Thank you all for being here.

I try to remind myself of a quote I hear often, "What if the people I've learned or benefited the most from, doubted themselves and never pursued their dreams, their purpose, never created the thing that helped me?" What if you, Adriene, gave up on yourself, let your self-doubt win and never created this video? You help so many people from around the world (New England here), it's inspiring. Ok, I've got to share this. We're in the middle of the practice, in plank saying: I am strong. When all of a sudden thunder and lightning started. It was so loud! I really felt a bit like I just did that ;-). Then the rain started pouring down and i had the pauze the video because my attic window was wide open. but hey! that's at home yoga for ya! Thanks for this one Adriene.

Came on to my mat after a quick cry, literally with tears still on my face. Self-doubt and low self-esteem is one of my current biggest struggles from my depression. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll ever get through it. I often feel lazy or weak because it’s so hard for me to find the motivation to do seemingly “easy” tasks. I can never commit to something and just do it. That’s why this yoga journey is so important to me. It’s the one commitment I’ve stuck with, and I hope it can remind me that I do have the strength within, I just need to figure out how to access it. Thank you, Adriene (for the 100th time).❤️ Namaste.🧘🏼♀️

This morning I felt I lost my hope on my war with narcissistic sides of my soul, when you said "smell the inner thighs" then laughed, I giggled and relieved. Then I thought... that we're all humans and we all have so-called embarrassing sides and that is okay. Whole habits that we hide, or dozens of other not-perfect moments makes us human, and beautifully ordinary. Thank you.
I kept laughing at "smell your inner thighs" till the end. I've a job interview tomorrow (and here I was self doubting), fingers crossed. :)

this is one of my favourites; I can recommend this when you feel very confused, stressed and overwhelmed. it works immediately and helps you to shift from feeling weird to being completely okay with yourself and whatever is happening to you your life. it gives you a boost of confidence and you can use it to create peace for yourself. thank you @Yoga With Adriene (L)

How are you? This one could not have come at a better time for me. Been in a funk this week, mainly when home before and after work. Even today being Friday had not lifted me much. However, I feel so much more upbeat after this practice. If your week has not been the best, hopefully you will feel better after this one too. At least 13:13-14 should make you smile ☺ when you "smell your inner thighs".

Hi All, Since I started running every other day, I also have been switching Adriene's Weigh Loss Yoga videos, today was day 13, I am feeling goood... with boosting my energy levels up 🧘♀after nice Summer 😎rest . My acting achilles heel feels now good and I am planning on doing most of my running on soft wood trails🏃♀. This was just perfect for today. During the outbreak, I (a clinical psychologist) have had all my morning patients cancelled. I needed something to keep my head above water. This did the trick.
Something similar happened to me today. I'm a clinical psychologist too and I cancelled all my patients today because I wasn't feeling well. Doing this yoga practice was just what I needed :') Thanks Adriene!

Intention : begin to believe in my full potential
Alternate nostril breathing helped me so much for tension headache, sinusitis and to calm down if the going gets tough and I should say that I am a different person from two years ago. I never thought that I could have the attitude of some people I admire, calm, wise and witty just like my teacher Adriene

Thank you Adriene and everyone in this beautiful community. I had tears in my eyes by the end of this video. Life can be hard but these struggles we are facing together are just a "mere moment in time". I needed that reminder today.
Finally got electricity and water back after a frozen week of coldest temperatures Texas has seen in over 30 years. Took my first shower in 5 days this morning and cried afterwards feeling exhausted, battered, relieved. After a day of work, it took me an hour to work up to turning on the video - sitting and staring, crawling to the computer, reading comments. I finally did it and it was marvelous, especially those modified gate poses, oh my. My spirit feels a little replenished, my body feels more relaxed. Namaste and be well, my friends.
In this practice, I felt a deep circulation, within myself and in this world.

Adriene was a God-send for me as well, a little over three years ago. She was my first Yoga teacher. I was a mess and very desperate. I give her all the credit for picking me up. She's an amazing yoga teacher, in my opinion. I certainly benefit from branching out and going to public courses, but Adriene is always available, anytime of day. She's an incredible teacher. I don't mean to shower her with such praise because it really does no good, but everyone in the world should be doing yoga with Adriene.

One of the greatest gifts I’ve gotten from YWA/FWFG is that a little does go a long way. Daily yoga used to feel impossible - if I couldn’t commit to a long practice I wouldn’t get on my mat - but not anymore. ❤️

Wow. I came to comment and saw my comment from a year ago. I'm glad that this practice was on the March 2019 calendar because it's what I really needed right now. I wonder if I will come back to this video in another year and be in a totally different place mentally and in life...

Day 19 Bridge! Thank you Adriene! I did enjoy the practice today! Althought it staryed smoothly , it got harder gradually! I kept telling myself "you can do it"🙂❤🥰
It's a troublesome time and the title of todays practice in the February calendar didn't really appeal to me. But I did it anyway. Self doubt, nah not my cop of tea. You made me laugh today Adriene and that was just what I needed. 🙂🙏
