I've watched this twice today and have just ordered it 🔥😎 you speak in layman's terms that is easy to understand and you covered just everything. Gratitude
Excellent in-depth video! I'm no expert, but I've been shopping every reasonably priced 27-28" 4K monitor, reading reviews for 40+ hours for a week now, and it is still the only one in my cart. I really like the little remote, as I never bother to learn how to adjust my monitor display settings properly, as well as for controlling its small speakers. I have a specialized use for this to put on my music home studio desk, will arm mount it, so I can pull it close to me when playing a keyboard, and to switch between a laptop and the 2021 M1 Ipad Pro that primarily runs my music studio. Plus while I am at my main desk, I can run TV news programs and such off to the side, not having to use up space on my main wide curved monitor :-) Thanks!
It don't work with Freesync + rtx 3060 ti. It is my second (first Samsung U28R550UQI) monitor ips 4k 28 Freesync and both dont work with freesync + Nvidia, but right now have Huawei MateView GT 34 with Freesync Premium pro and it nice work. I think for Nvidia and Freesync need only Freesync Premium Pro, what do you think about it?
What should I consider this monitor which is 4k @ 60Hz or QHD @ 144Hz? My usage is 50:50 gaming and work. Gaming here is not much into fps and competitive gaming just casual gaming like tomb raider, witcher etc.
Good afternoon from New Zealand and I'm hoping that you are up and around because my BenQ 28-in 4K monitor has arrived I have connected it to my Acer Nitro 5 UHD and I have a pop-up box on the BenQ monitor bottom right of the screen which says press confirm to enable full functions and the only problem is my mouse cursor goes underneath the box so I cannot press confirm and it is not a touchscreen monitor so how do I enable the mouse to go over the box to enable full functions on Windows 11 ? The box is only on my monitor everything seems pretty good but I cannot access the confirm button So any thoughts on this matter Thank you very much
Hey Steph, I believe the box you are talking about is part of the monitors OSD (on screen display) and so you use the remote that came with the monitor or the joystick on the back of the monitor to confirm those settings. I hope that helps :)
@@SocialHardware thank you very much yes I pressed the remote control and all the settings came up but the box disappeared and hasn't come back so I presume all functions have been unlocked. I've got it set to display 3840x2160 but it does day 1920x1080 recommend but I'm pretty green in these areas. My laptop is the Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 quad core with 32 gig ram but the display is perfect in either setting. Assembling it was a breeze and it's nice to see my taskbar on the display on Win 11 because the other monitor the taskbar would only show on the laptop. Either way a pretty slick monitor. Thanks for your response, Enjoy the weekend

Wow Steph thanks so much for such amazing feedback! I still use this monitor every day and it does not disappoint!
Thank you so much for the in-depth review. I was looking for something like this and your video really helped me in making the decision !

Wow thanks so much really really appreciate the feedback
Thanks man, it was a really helpful video:)
Much appreciated!
Thanks mate know I know what to get for my new setup👍
Nice! If you're not wanting super high refresh this is a really solid all round monitor. 👏
@@SocialHardware 🤗🤗
The BenQ ScreenBar Plus would go perfect on top of that :P
Haha I know right!
Excellent and to the point.
Thanks!
can i use this as video editing monitor? because my budget is around this.
Very nice review. Can you share your experience on how easy the monitor is on eyes while reading text from pdf files?
Thanks very much :) It's a really nice panel and reading lots of text from a PDF didn't cause me or my partner any eye strain at all.
Yo lo compré por el precio en Amazon y al ver que era un 4K, al carrito y lo estoy esperado 😍
Planning to get it for my Mac mini

All good im just stuck on 60hz....
Your review made my decision more mature.. thank you
Nice!
How is the monitor holding up? Would you recommend it for a programmer?
amazing review, is it value for money?
Doesn't the brightness feel too low at 300 nits?

If you are into story mode gaming, there is no use of high refresh rate. Enjoy the 4K graphics at 60FPS.
does this support Netflix 4k through usb c?
10:37 you didn't even upload in hdr format
how many bits panel??

Enjoy your weekend also! And enjoy the monitor! Thanks for watching the video too :)
