This is very close to my Artemis build, but chose to add impaler’s animus instead of safeguard. No one can defeat me with my army of ridiculously overpowered waifus: Idun, Cleo, and Artemis.
Astral saintstrike, somersault and innate resists are pretty OP for a low level demon, much better than yoshitsune...issue is her stat increase per level is all over the place, not focused like yoshi. But if you have plenty of grimoires to spare its just a matter of save scumming and reloading for better stat roll lol.
This may seem like a stupid idea, but I'm thinking of running Artemis as a pseudo-support and pair her with Yoshitsune. The idea is to have Yoshitsune as your guaranteed source of crits with Hassou Tobi once he becomes available so you can ditch Acrobat Kick on Artemis. Then, Artemis mainly uses Somersault and Fang Breaker/Tarunda as your main debuffs until Cleo becomes available and makes those skills obsolete. This is mainly for boss fights. I like to keep a team for bosses and another team for trash mobs.
That would work but you'd want to be cognizant of two things. The first is Hassou Tobi's lack of pierce, so bosses that either null/reflect physical or have a way to make themselves null/reflect physical will be brutal. The other is just Yoshitsune's defenses. Later in the game he gets pummeled by enemies since you get him so early and he has almost no resistances.
I'm fucking stupid. I remembered during work today that I can just get to a boss fight with full Magatsuhi, thus use Critical turn 1 so Somersault crits and gives me an extra Press Turn, thus allowing a dedicated support demon to keep refreshing debuffs while Artemis uses Acrobat Kick like in your Fionn build. So I'm gonna be sticking with Artemis for a while, then. Plus, Astral Saintstrike benefits from Critical while Hassou Tobi doesn't really.@@RozalinGaming
End-game version is showcased starting at 2:13. I don't plan to make a full fusion guide for that version since using essence fusion is the easiest way to do it.
