Like all of my cooking I apply one rule KISS (keep it simple sexy) using the freshest caught fish along with my batter , it goes well in fish and chips or fish taco's.

The other ingredients are ;
-A tomato and cucumber salsa , diced tomatoes , cucumber, onions, basil with a splash of lemon juice and olive oil.
- tartare for the sauce.
