There are two wild plants that grow and look the same. One is a wild scallion and the other is a wild garlic. The way to tell the difference is the root bulb. The scallion looks like ordinary store bought but small . The wild garlic is just like regular garlic just on a smaller level. Both of these can be eaten raw or cooked. Great healthy forage food.

I have none of the skills to do what you do (yet), but before I die, I'm catching, preparing & cooking my own fish n chips dinner right out in the nature!!! That looks like peaceful bliss right there!! I've got too much California in me & need to start exploring the beautiful state my dad left behind (Montana) & scratch the itch. So glad to have stumbled upon your channel man! You even pray before the meal. A good practice for all of us really.

I actually just discovered Zack Fowler's channel about a couple months ago, long after I found yours, Ace. It was cool to see him using your seasoning in a lot of his videos. Imagine my happy shocked face to see you using his sauce, as well as explaining y'all's collaboration with y'all's seasonings. I'd love to see you two collab in a video together. Y'all both make my days seeing you two fishing and cooking! Please do a fishing collab sometime in the future! That'd be awesome! Bless you both!

Hey Ace. That plate of trout, chips, and Mac salad, looked great. I really think that your culinary skills, (like my big fancy word there, did ya??), LOL!!, have really come a long way. That mandolin that you have there for slicing, really made super thin chips. The sound of the crunch was amazing. Glad to see you and Me Ancient posting vids. I really enjoy both your channel, and your dad's. God bless, stay safe.
