Your still a young man dude . I’m 58 grandpa run everyday do my pushups and pull-ups sprints , weights . I wish I would’ve started in my 20 or 30s . Your killing it dude keep it up ..
im 34 and just started boxing last year but I have two kids and work etc Im not competing of course but I just want to be a dangerous humble man. to protect my family if need be. I don't want to have to actually use it lol but I just found you today and I love everything you're about man inspiring!
Same , thinking of joining a boxing gym, haven’t taken the plunge yet; 37 want to be able to use my hands while doing something active while remaining humble.
I appreciate your wisdom. Most guys on UA-cam are not really honest about their fitness journey. I can relate to your story. The mind controls everything.
Broooooooooo. Ive been so busy or maybe lost the last few months, but some things happened tonight and i was checking my youtube notifications... so glad i saw yours and decided to check up on you and your workouts and messages. So glad it wasnt the usual video ive come to expect. Perfect time for me to hear this mental teaching you shared with us. Im also 35 yrs old, and i got kids. I gotta refocus my thoughts and life rn. Appreciate you brother. Much love to you and yours.
i feel you bro. Men is about responsibility, self discipline, resilience. At first it is hard when you clash the difficulities head-on, until one day you got on top of everything and enjoy every moment. Life is good👌
Love your content Chez!!! This is a REAL good one. People say "I" am in pretty good shape considering I am 55 years old. The secret that I have? I have NO other choice other that to be kind of tough, otherwise I would have not lived this long. I have a Trillion future goals and aspirations. I am looking into a jumping rope.
I'm 50 now , I've always pushed myself physically, I've not had the best life , it's been awful tbh , but I've always done my workouts , I look awesome compared to other 50s blokes But I'm always aching That's my secret Also I don't train the same things all the þime
Great inspiration bro. I'm also over 30 and what you're saying about repetitive thought patterns are so true. The Bible also says as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. So thinking healthy and positive thoughts is key for a healthy physique. 💯
Man. Thanks for sharing. This is insanely applicable to daytrading - longterm trading results are just a manifestation of the inner mind. Great reminder to guard our thoughts and seek balance within our lives. Mind body soul. Imbalances often lead to emotional instability which leads to losses, poor performance; and inner turmoil. Cheers and be water, my friend. 🎉
Ive read about the 7 hermetic principles, I had that book too. What a coincidence (I don't believe in coincidence so I don't know the word). Thought this would be a regular fitness video haha.
Hey man i own a skincare company. I'll help with that aging for free. I ask just for a recorded product review after you try them out for a month or two. You down? ❤ btw you dropped some knowledge. Real talk I appreciate the wisdom!
Guys that give it 110% at the gym are damaging their joints. You have good intentions and are disciplined. You only know what you know. They need to cut the carbs, then work a full body circuit for longevity. Then perhaps some calisthenics. Im in my 50's and do 1 arm handstands , airflares, and etc. But you need to train smarter, not harder. Will a guy pushing it 100+ percent still be around and active when they are 50 to age 80 probably not. Very rare. Many fitness youtubers already injured themselves out of the spot light.
ruin their joints in gym lmao !? gym has full of tools to protect and improove your muscle joints better . i stay training out side because mma training need much more spaces and distance
@@biasaigon7155 Smarter not harder. Him as a trainer is unaware of longevity, so he is pushing them to 100% which is a no no. He's only 35. Doesn't have as much life experience as me with fitness. Started break dancing and martial arts in 1985. He wasn't even alive then. Outside you damage your skin and cornea stay indoors. Gi BJJ is a waste of time and so is boxing for MMA rules. You only know what you know. Also hard sparring is pompous. Learn from the Lumpinee and Abhu Dhabi champions.
..the thing is your family doesnt care how much you can lift, how long you can run,as long as you are able to provide for them that is more than enough..being fit is more of a self care to and be able to do what a man/husband should do...
35 and you think you're too old to be fit and athletic...?? No offense but a lot of young people seem have a false perception about aging...You still have a long way to go full speed my friend...Be well, take care and keep up the good work!!
