If we don't pull up our socks we will loose relevance in the region, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Tanzania etc are getting their act together.
I visited Nairobi during 2017 Christmas but didn't see these infrastructures. On the contrary the center (between River Road and Uhuru Highway), roads were plenty of potholes and indicipline driving particularly on Tomboys Street. But if what I am witness on this video is the true situation,I say congratulations to the Uhuru administration though I was against his return to the office in the lattest ended electios

You need Mass rapid system bus like Dar es salam. Public transport is the solution in big cities. One highway does not change much.
Good work president Kenyatta; president Ruto talks too much; I doubt if he will behind any landmark when he retires. Sijui mama mboga, sijui majini chai, sijui wakulima, sijui mbolea, sijui tuende Congi tulime mahindi tulete Kenya; he will realize when time is late.
They should have got automated number plate at the entry point so when you get to the exist it automatically shows how much money you owe and therefore just pay. It would have reduced the waiting needed for scanning, typing and then telling drivers the amount. Big deal when too many cars end up using the the express way.
The Chinese now need to manage that road network for the next 127 years because the moment they hand management over to Kenya, that entire system and network will collapse overnight. Kenya is poor at managing anything and the only reason that entire road network and system is sanely operational, is because the Chinese are the big kahunas and not Kenyans or the Kenya government. I hope they appoint a Chinese businessmen to clean up Kenya airways, ports authority, Water department, Kenya pipeline and management at Kenya power.
I believe you are misinformed about the whole thing regarding to chinese stuff in kenya or africa please do a research on who owns the expressway before opening your mouth.. And again china doesnt own the highway its the chinese contractor built the road built not owning... Just do the research... fool
