I looking for some proteins powder for long time especially isolates. And I saw It during shoping and buy It. Price is quite low but I am afraid low price means low quality.?
For older folks it does make feeding yourself much easier. Using a hand-held blender will aerate the drink by almost doubling the drinkable volume thereby making the entire experience more filling, honestly. The amount of protein isn’t excessively high which means the meal is less taxing on the kidneys.
Vertix it only works if you workout at least 3 times a week. I’ve started drinking these and the pounds are shredding off but I also go to the gym everyday. I’m 19 and I’m no longer in school so it’s not as hard
Stop drinking fizzy drinks completely only water, walk, use this once a day as a diet whey protein as you feel fitter up your activities, ur gonna stretch in next few yrs get good core strength
It mixes well this stuff, can be had for £4.50 per tub in Home Bargains. Tastes very good and better than most protein shakes.

The nutritional spread is pretty good considering you are spoosed to eat your own balanced meal once or twice a day.
i just bought some to save on spending on whey protein but now realize how much sugar is in this.
If it fits into your calorie/macro goals it may not be a big deal, but yeah it's hard to find dietitians recommending high sugar products!

It says for 18-65 yrs old. But it does say consult with a doctor if you are younger, pregnant, have diabetes,etc.
