Thanks for coming through for thick hair girlies who can’t throw a wig on without it being an entire process. Our options are just different. I want to try this on my own 🎉❤❤
Whew! You said a word there!!
"My roots are always crunchy like a hot Cheeto" 😂😂😂 I died lmfao
This is old school
Beautiful hair wish more would do this…. Keep up the hard work is not easy but it is rewarding …. This is how our Ancestors styled their hair ….. back in the day
I like the natural style. Nothing is more beautiful than our natural hair.
❤ this video! I have been natural 3 years. Finally someone I can obtain healthy tips from with hair the same as my texture.
Girl I never saw anyone with my hair texture, I had to do it one time for us! ❤️❤️😭
The thickness of your hair is goals! I’ve always had length but thin and don’t get me started on my edges 🤦🏽♀️ I love your hair body and health! Nice job 🥰
😁🫶🏾
This takes a lot of ❤work and time plus dedication. I would literally need to take a nap after doing all of that to my hair .
Love the way you laid out all the tools for us. ❤
Great job. These hair stylists will never, and I can say that confidently because me along with my nieces, got silk presses, and it was a mess. I'm our hairstylist now and I will be learning how to silk press this year. Thanks again!
WHAT?!?! you did that yourself?!? WOWWWW🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I was looking for a braided style to do on myself to an upcoming Aruba trip and gladly stumbled upon your silk press video and I’m so glad I did! We have similar hair texture and boy does she requires ALOT of love and patience. But when we I do wear my hair out, even in a fro, everyone is in love with her density. I promised to do more with my own hair this year because I’m tired of the braids and wigs are high maintenance for me personally. So I’m saving this video and I’ll try a silk press on myself for my birthday on April 1st. For now, your twist out with the two beaded braids at the side is what I decided on doing for my vacation in Aruba! Thank you so much from another natural thick and dense hair girlie ❤
Omg Happy Belated Birthday 🎊 🎉 mine was April 11th ♈️ 🥰🥰🥰 How was your silk press? 🙈🙈
I would love an in-depth trimming video please. We have very similar hair and this video has given me the confidence to start flat ironing my hair and have it look good. I have the same issue with my roots whenever I blow dry, so the hot comb is so smart
Girrrllllll.. thank you for this one. I've been trying to do a silk press at home and practically gave up hope until now. I rushed it late last night and I'm still impressed with the results and even got a few compliments this morning.
Hey beauty!! Im so happy I found your videos, could you please do an in depth video on how you trim your hair. I went to a salon for the first time in 7 years to get my hair done and the lady was really nice but extremely rough on my hair. I didn’t want to keep spending $100 plus a tip on getting my hair done so I went out a got my own flat iron and the other necessities for my diy silk press. I followed one of your shorts and got it down pack. YOU ARE A SAINT & I, like so many other natural babes are so thankful for your content💕 keep up the great work 🔥 🙌🏾
Your hair is gorgeous! The patience = a beautiful result 😋
You're so lucky you know how to do your hair salon quality style
Informative. First time I heard any mention of adjusting the heat setting depending on section/texture ❤it. Bouncy and beautiful hair.
I love the trim tutorial and the selfie silk press. Great information.
I could watch your videos all day! 💞 I’m so fascinated at how you have such patience to do this on your own hair! 😩 I hate doing my own! Your hair is in absolutely incredible condition lovely! ❤ I don’t have to do much with mine but I bleach it so it’s breaking off sooo bad! 😖 I need to fly over from the UK so you can teach me your secrets to looking as gorgeous as you do! 🫶😋🥰
I was just thinking to myself that I'm tired of watching videos to learn how to better take care of my natural hair to gather and REMEMBER the right information, and that I wished there was something reliable that I could read! So I'm so happy to find out that you have an E-Book 😁!! Thank you, Sincerely!
Yess!! Give me body, give me curls!! Such a good job
Sis you DID THAT! Your cut is phenomenal And your Natural hair is Gorgeous. 💯
Thanks for sharing....
Doing this tonight! Beautiful. I love how real you are about your hair and struggles etc. will suggest this video to others! TFS! God bless!
This is a wonderful, educational video. I feel that I learned enough to be able to attempt this successfully. Thank you for making this.
Absolutely beautiful, keep up the amazing work on your hair journey 🙏🏽⭐️🤷🏽♀️
Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. While my hair didn't turn out as amazing as yours, by following your steps I still achieved the best silk press I have ever done. I'll definitely be using this method going forward. Thank you so so so much for sharing :)
Omg this video was so inspiring. It seems like we have a similar hair type/texture so I am definitely subscribing. I’m currently transitioning to natural (last relaxer was May 2023) and despite the discouragement here and there, I am still motivated to see what my complete natural hair can reveal to me. Thank you!
Thanks sis for coming through for the 4c women you’ve gain a new subscriber ❤️
Literally found your channel through your shorts but I’m glad you uploaded a full tutorial for the silkpress i have been so tired of my natural hair and was even considering a keratin treatment heck even perm atp 😂😢 but I’m going to try your method on heat training my hair I have every product from hot comb to blow dryer and flat iron I just need your heat protectors and I’m good to go I’m not good at trimming so I don’t think I’ll be doing the layering imma leave that to my stylist for now for my next visit when I’m due for a trim but for now I’m about to run to Amazon and add these products and I can’t wait to try ❤Love your hair btw and you’re gorgeous ❤
Your hair looks so beautiful and healthy! 😍

I love the movement and body your hair has. Well done. Beautiful!
Wow!!!! Absolutely gawgeous young lady and your hair is amazing. Thank you for sharing all of your techniques.
I've been on this hair transitioning journey for 8 months. The 1st seven month's I wore braids. But like you I prefer my hair straight. Between the cost and harsh manipulation from the last Stylist, I almost thought about buying a box perm and reverting back. But, you have encourage and inspired me to be patient and work through the process. Thank you and I have subscribed. Blessings to you 🙏
Wow. You are a pro! I wish I had the patience for this. I loc'd my 4 type hair 3 years ago. You definitely make me miss my loose hair though.😅
Your hair is gorgeous!!! and healthy all that beautiful!! hair. My hair goals.
You look beautiful and thanks for the step by step process.
I absolutely love this video, thank youu so much for sharing! Im excited to continue learning on this natural hair journey. We have the same hair type and man I love to see how versatile having type 4c hair is . Its not what you do it’s how you do it💛 your hair is thriving !
80's and 90's type layers. I do remember using Lotta Body for the volume and bounce. Your hair is beautiful and healthy. Thank you for taking us back. #Nostalgic!
Oh yes ma’am. 😍 I knew you were the one when I saw all that body. Never really been a bone straight type girl, plus the tips about adjusting the heat for the more coarse part was genius. Never thought about that! So refreshing to see thick hair being free to behave like thick hair 😍😍😍 very elegant.
I love how you explain why and how you do everything
Damn i loved the curls when you took the pins out. The finished product is lovely too. Good job!
Nice! We have very similar hair texture and thickness. Thanks for the details and products
Absolutely gorgeous❤ thanks for sharing.
I love your hair vids. I’m 4a with 3c in the very front of my hair. My hair is very thick like yours I’m also wearing my fro as we speak. My scalp will not survive without sulfur 8. I love your hair it’s similar to mine. I love and respect my thick hair and I love your hair videos. Please continue to embrace your fro I’m out here doing the same. And I love silk pressing my hair every two months for a small trim. And wearing my natural texture outside of that. I air dry I deep condition weekly and I stay away from color.
Amen. I ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ seeing this🙂As a 4C girl who goes to the salon (Aunt is a stylist who specializes in 4C), not too many of us there. Women with SOFT HAIR are everywhere, but you only see our hair locked, braided, in a bonnet, or just looking crazy. I wish more of us would do this. Your curls would STAY💯I have a 4C cut and I go get my hair done after THREE WEEKS and this lady looked @ me like I just got done (I just walked in. She didn’t see me)💯 She said “OMG I want that. What’s that called (like my cut has a Model Name or something)❓”🤣😂🤣😂
There is no such thing as soft and hard hair
@@Bibitiebabitieboo …..OK….
Ahhh you killed it! Love this
Thank You So Much for This ♥️
I’m definitely going to try my hand until I perfect my natural blowouts.
This is so perfect♥️
Healthy looking..reminds me of the body wraps that we rock in the early 2000's
Been waiting for this
Your hair looks beautiful!
Beautiful hair!! I have very thick hair and shrinkage and I’ve been natural over 10 years. I definitely need to figure out better what works for me.
You did a great job, very detailed and well explained. Thank you!
That hair is giving everything ✨💖
The result is soo gorgeous!
Finally posted, I’m so excited😁💟!
Thanks boooooo
Looooove the way it turned out ❤
Girrrrrl I love it!! I currently use Mielle Organics Stay Straight refrigerated line, but I’m going to have to try Biosilk!!
I also use a double-sided straightening brush for the chase method. I only have to do one pass because the brush ensures everything is straightened the first time around
Beautiful hair... Beautifully done ❤❤❤❤❤
The best silk press method for me I’ve seen on UA-cam
😍 she looking like somebody wife, hunnay
Yea Fam continue to grow and build 🥂I love the look sis 🫶🏾
You are appreciated!! Awesome vid. Crunchy like cheetoes got me 😂😂😂. Firstly, I loved that you placed all the products and items on a towel for a screenshot before starting the silk press video so someone like me (lol) could follow along. Thank you!!
Trimming video would be lovely! I’ve mastered my silk presses but I still have to go to the salon for trims, would love to do them at home. My hair is layered like yours.
I love the method you used for silk press an trim definitely using❤
Girl thank you for all these gems!! I needed all of this information to do my own silk presses at home that last more than 3 days😂😂💕💕
Very detailed explanation and I love it! I want to try some of the protectant products and the oil treatment was especially good for my dry scalp!🎉

My hair is short I will love to do this by myself . Thank you for sharing
I bought a hot comb on Amazon to get my edges. It came with comb guards it made a big difference ❤
Your hair is so beautiful 😍 ....great job!
Girl, this is gorgeous.
I enjoyed watching this video and I like all the methods, I'm just scared of the hot comb... THANK YOU FOR GIVING US THE TEA!!!!!!
I am going to get the hotcomb and then the Heat protectant spray + BioSilk Serum products, we have the same hair thickness and also have a big size head, so I am going to be busy this weekend with my first trial!!! Love your hair and thank you for the perfect tips!!!
Omg hair twin. You give me confidence to go back natural. I transition back & forth because my hair is so thick and i lose patience.
See hair! Go girl❤
It's the eyebrows and the hair for me. I'm glad i stumbled across your video. My hair is about like your hair 👍🏾 👍🏾. I went back to wearing a silk press and and i think my hair like me again 🤣 🤣. Honestly my hair was the longest when i was getting a silk press once a month. Once i got on that "natural hair bandwagon" my hair went to hell in a box with a bow on it 🤣 🤣. I had to trim so much hair so i went back to to wearing a silk press and my hair is thriving again.
The only time i wear my hair in my natural state now is when i wear it in a cute high puff. I went back to what my hair stylist use to do to my hair so my hair can get back healthy. I recently started my new one year hair grow back journey. My hair was near the middle of my back for years with zero heat damage. I guess some people have hair that can adapt to heat and some hair can't. My hair just don't like alot of stuff in it. This was discovered by my hair stylist and myself years ago while i was playing hair detective in the process 🤣 🤣.
STAY SAFE EVERYONE. GOD BLESS US ALL 🙏🏾 🙏🏾.
Beautiful job. Thicker type 4 hair seems to work better with a roller set and would eliminate the pulling and heat from the blow dryer.
This video gave me the biggest smile. Thank you. New subscriber.
Watching your videos makes me full in love with my hair more and more. Thanks for sharing #thickhair
