  • A dumbbell squat is a great variation for someone who is not quite able to do a barbell back squat. Maybe you have an injury that prevents your from being able to, you don't have the mobility, or maybe your gym just doesn't have a barbell.
    The setup for this movement is basically the same as with a barbell back squat. You can have the dumb bells by your side or resting at shoulder level. Either way make sure to push your knees out as you begin to squat. This is a great movement to add to your leg training routine!

    just started training after long layoff only did 4 sets of these and my thighs are jellyish.
