    In this video, we'll be going step-by-step over how to do a Goblet Squat. We'll talk about correct form, common mistakes to avoid, how to breathe when performing this exercise, the right weights to use, and more!
    Goblet Squats are a great exercise whether you're brand new to working out or have been hitting the gym for years. This exercise targets your whole entire body with a focus on your lower body, and more specifically, your quads and glutes. The tips and guidelines I cover here will remain true for Goblet Squats whether you do them with a dumbbell, kettlebell, on the cable machine, or whatever kind of equipment you have available to you!
    Don't forget that your personal body mechanics will also play a role in how YOU should perform Goblet Squats to fully get the most out of the exercise for yourself and keep your body safe.

      Out of curiosity ... when you 1st starting training, or get back into it, you're doing good in your workouts, but you do a 3 sets of something you havent done in forever, have you ever felt dizzy? I'm wondering if my breathing technique sucks. I felt so lightheaded doing Barbarian split squats but I felt fine with all my other, deadlift, leg extensions, ect. This ever happened to you?

    I had a añterior pelvic tilt, my glutes are getting stronger but I feel week when I can squeeze my glutes, that is still hard for me to do

      It definitely is challenging to switch from an anterior pelvic to lit to a posterior tilt! Keep on practicing and using those muscles and it’ll be second nature in no time. 🙌🏼
