Lubbock’s finest drivers ep.1

Context: was in the drivers proximity for about 5 miles. They kept getting in front of me and slowing down on the highway. Once we got into traffic they went above the posted speed limit to get in front of me. Immediately following they hit their brakes in the driving lane instead of the turning lane. There was zero cars for a minimum of 1000 feet behind me.
