To be fair, Enter Electro's cutscenes also use the Dreamcast/PC model for Spider-Man, instead of the PS1 one. So there would still be an inconsistency with the intro.

In enter electro PS1 version which I played on emulator included intro of pc and Dreamcast version of Spiderman
It sorta makes sense-ish in Spider-Man 2 fue to how the characters used Dreamcast textures but yeah, it made no sense.
Why enter electro doesn't have pc version?
