- Video of the Bioclean System being used to wash a Minnesota-based tractor that has not been washed in 1-1/2 years. Notice the ease of use, quick chemical changes, and amazing results that are achieved with very little effort. Take special note of the appearance of the wheels, fuel tank, and back of cab-both before and after washing with this cleaning system. For more information regarding this unique and revolutionary cleaning system, please visit www.biocleansystems.com. Thanks for viewing!
@motroo1 We haul anywhere from 1200 to 2400 gallons of fresh water depending on the truck, and each truck carries 55 gallons of each detergent. That works best for us since we aren't allowed to get water at the far majority of our accounts. Other customers may haul very little water and that works best in their situation. We use these custom built trucks because of not only the wieght, but the type of weight (non fixed) weight involved.
Great video Blaine, that truck came out great!
I know you were just taking your time showing the system, you would have that truck washed a lot faster if not just showing the system and what it can do.
Any plans for another video?
Keep up the good work.
nothin nicer there comin in monday morning to a clean truck.
Hey Blaine, you missed a spot. LOL No looks great!
NICE!!
nice trucks you guys have at Bio Clean, I work for Superior Wash and our trucks are shit compared to those! LOL!
hey that was very nice and fast and judging from other comments, could have been faster if you weren't showing us the system /steps. i am wondering how much water and chemicals you are carrying. also wondering why you use a truck that size. is it because of the amount of water and the weight involved?
I work for a truck washing business and we use the exact same equipment! we haul about 5500 gallons of water and about 100 gallons of soap these trucks are the only trucks that can work for this type of job!
It was a little awkward and slow using that gun but it turned out OK I guess. Thanks!
Are there environmental issues with the chemicals going down the storm drain and then entering local rivers and streams, untreated?
What chemicals being used?
nice what type of cleaner are you using and are you using hot water
what do you do with the waste water?
The state of MN doesn't require water to be reclaimed, however that varies for companies operating out of different states. If a company is renting say a Ryder trailer, Ryder requires water to be reclaimed as per Indiana state law.
Blaine, post a comment over on my page where I am showing the video cleaning aluminum wheels so that people interested in your system can see some other results from this great system and click on your username and come here if they have not seen this page yet. I tried to put a link to this page but youtube will not let me.
