Spring 1989. Great song!! Love the piano. Dag can really play! Played this as a young radio DJ here in my hometown of Lincoln Nebraska on 106.3FM/1530AM KHAT! Great memories!
Love this song Jan & Dag - loved it then & now! Love a piano riff... and this song has one, no two, of the best ever!! Camilla... I had a massive crush on you when this song came out, so so beautiful; you still are over there in Eire - Keith
One of the great mysteries; why this wasn't a huge hit. A great 'Bruce Hornsby' style piano intro, pretty girl, full 80s production, catchy chorus. Baffling really. As baffling as The La's 'There she goes' not being a top 5 hit. Ah well.
This has got a lot of airplay in Argentina back in 1989. But then it went back to the shelves. This is a great song and it deserves to be one of the classic 80s
I wondered the same thing for many years, I seem to recall a story of in-house politics at A&M Records, around the time of its release, resulting in the song receiving very little publicity in the UK, and therefore sinking without trace, despite stations such as Radio 1 promoting it.
Brilliant back in the day,
This should have been a number 1 hit in the UK, Fantastic song.

Love this song so much, god I miss the 80’s happier times.
Wow, after all these years that song gave me goose bumps with that piano intro, still love it. Great memories from the 80's.
The piano was a big part of the appeal of the song. I'm confused as to why some radio stations removed the piano intro.
One of those great songs that deserved more Love on the Radio. Great song forever in my heart,

Although I was 24 when this came out, I heard this song for the first time this weekend and I love it!
The piano intro to this song still gives me chills! Just so gorgeous!
Such a sweet song, awesome piano solo.
I always loved this song, still do, and she will ALWAYS remind me so very much of Tracey Ullman!
This is a cherished song, thank you for sharing it and keeping it in circulation
There are so many good songs, and nobody knows it :(
Thanks DJ keV for the memories. Never forgotten my old friend. Keep them spinning.
Love those '80's!! ;)
in a parallel world this [rightfully so] was a worldwide hit
Love, love, love this song!
Like the piano intro. Very Bruce Hornsby.
Why did this song only chart at 65 in the UK? It's a great track!
Got to #43 the same time as the re release in the US, still an injustice of course.

This is childhood memories. I wanted to just as good on piano as Dag. The piano solo is awesome as well as Camilla
I love this song, way back when I was in a tiny, lovely island called Guam.
Excellent, nice to see the complete version!
Had forgotten about this little gem-pity it wasn't a bigger hit!
