@Joshua Suh Not that I know of, but the difference is EXTREMELY noticeable to anybody who's watched both of them for a while. MKLeo excels in other areas; Riddles has so many 0-deaths cause he mains Kazuya, the most 0-death centric character in the game.

It’s funny how when Guest Characters invaded Tekken, they were hated cause they play differently compared to the standard Tekken character And now that Kazuya’s the guest character, he’s doing the exact same thing as the guest characters that invaded his game
No isnot it's because when you introduce a character with different mechanics to a game, this could broke the game or make to look like cheats, because the game originally was created by certain mechanics and now you're breaking the rules.
I'd say the difference is that this is fairly normal in smash, to have characters play completely differently than a normal character. In DLC2 we also have Steve and MinMin who play with their own rules pretty much

That was an absolute slaughter on his Roy. At least the Cloud switch made the set more interesting. Riddles deserved it though for mastering how technical Kazuya is and reaping the reward

The best way to understand a character or playstyle you can't usually beat, is to play said character. Riddles maining Roy for a while helped him a lot to understand how to better capitalize on that character's flaws.
That actually makes alot of sense, thinking of how to escape of a situacion as the character you are fighting and not by the usual escape all characters have, also understanding what you dont want the other person to do, so as the other you do exactly that and figure out their safe cards and chop them like Kazuya's down smash.

That last game was a total attack on Titan moment. Kola got an unanswered 90% on riddles, made it look like he was going to bring it back, and then riddles got one hit in and just tore him apart. Kazuya is an insane character.

So I got here because UA-camr TheMainManSWE recently reacted to this. He mains Kazuya in Tekken, which is the main reason he watched it. His take on this game is interesting because he had been quite stubborn about Smash in general, but has very recently started to open his mind. He says so too in his video. I think it's worth a watch.
To y’all who hate on Kazuya, name one person who got top 8 at a major with solo Kazuya. And Pound doesn’t count because Riddles used a lot of Terry to get to that point and Tea uses Pac Man for most of his matches.
Kola has amazing pressure and buttons, but against Kazuya you got to slow the game down man. That is exactly what Riddles wants you to do is mash and hold forward.

Kazuya has counterplay. I hate how quick smashers are to whine for nerfs instead of learning how to deal with strong characters. One thing I don't understand: how does Kola consistently beat Captain Falcon but struggles with Kazuya? Don't both characters carry the same disadvantages against a swordie?
Kazuyas heavier, has a better recovery, more reliable combo routes(when mastered), and lots of invincibility. He also has SSB4 mario syndrome where he WILL get a grab on you and will definitely get more than 50% off of it, so it makes it kind of scary to enter his space. He also hits hard. CF is fast but his recovery can be predictable at times, and his combo routes can more reliably di'd out of because they take place in the air, while kazuyas routes are consistently slamming you into the ground only to eat a ewgf to the face. Tl;dr: kazuya HURTS with all his moves and his advantage just feeds off this damage. Roy can't compete. CF does good damage but it can easily be matched or even outmatched by roys damage
Whenever Riddles goes Kazuya, I honestly can’t look away. The way he plays that character is so damn satisfying to watch. On another level entirely.

Kazuya inputs are pretty hard though for anyone saying it’s a four hit combo to death. The inputs for Electric wind god fist is not simply side B.
