I'm 13 and visited pleasure beach on a school trip... This roller coaster was my first EVER roller coaster and i have to say... IT WAS THE MOST ADRENALINE PUMPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!! 10/10 would ride again

Mimi Miama - It isn't called the Pepsi Max Big One anymore, just called the Big One. Although the short tunnel right at the start is still 2 large Pepsi max cans.
Just a quick tip: If ur scared of heights/the drop close ur eyes on the chairlift at the beginning so u won’t think about it as much. I went on it for the first time today and I promise it really isn’t as bad as it looks. The first drop is the hardest and the ride is a bit shaky but after while it become enjoyable.
Thats the whole point though and you’d always do it so you’d never get scared
Honestly I love drops but hate the height or the fact it could stop by the top but I may try it tomorrow
I don’t look during the lift either 💚💚 (I’m too scared to!) but I do look when I’m right at the top or I guess it would be pointless! This ride really scares me lol!xx

Most intimidating ride I've been on and trust me I love rollercoasters, amazing ride, wanted to sit at the front but ended up 2nd row down from the front, amazing thrill id definitely give this a go. But omfg how did you not grab onto the bar???

I hate roller coasters, but I absolutely loved this one!😂It’s not for people who are afraid of heights, but for me the height it what makes this ride amazing! And the speed as well! It didn’t drop my stomach at all (which I absolutely HATE btw😂) so that’s why I loved it so much. Deffo recommend 10/10

I'm so happy that a park in the uk is taking care of this beautiful American coaster. If it was located in the US and needed new track they would have just torn it down. I bet this will be the last arrow hyper left standing with the new track they installed. It will be a miserable day when cedar point decides to kill magnum. Such a fantastic ride and my favorite ride in the entire park.
The filmer did it all while just holding on to his LAP BAR, not the bar in front of him. Major props!

Omg I was only 9 when I went on this. You have no straps over your shoulders, just a strap and a bar over your waist. It's so scary cause you think that you will fall out. Love it

The first time i went on this is when we went on a school trip here and i am 11yrs and i SCREAMED!
For anyone who’s going to try this ride, do it twice. The first time go at the front so you have the best views, and then the second time go at the back. I don’t know why but it feels so much faster, it’s like the weight of the cars I front pull it down the drops. Also, at the back there is basically no stalling at the top, you just go.

But if you wanna survive with no bruises,... Don’t put your arms up and hold onto the bar in front. Lean into the turn so you’re not banging into the side when it randomly turns a corner and don’t try to look back or lift your head up. The wind will catch it and force it back, did it once and it was not the best feeling 😁

It is a really great experience. First drop even if you open your eyes you won't be able to see much. but the view from the top is the best view you will ever see in blackpool. Experience is best.

I just went on this yesterday! For my 11th birthday and I dragged my mum on too! 😂 (she is 28) and it was her first time!
Used to go on this multiple times as a teenager. Always remember going on at night and the view of the illuminations was amazing, however this was 22 or 23 years ago. Recently went to the pleasure beach with the young ones but no one would come on it with me lol.
Superb Rollercoaster 🎢 been on it umpteen times. And I absolutely luv it. I’m not afraid of that high Rollercoaster ride. I’am Meta knight on that ride. (That means I the Bravest on the ride in my words) (Like That superb Nintendo Kirby character) I’ve no fear @ all. :)

It goes so high up in that when we went up on it once in 2011 (really clear day) I could actually see Liverpool and the Lake District in the far distance from the top of it. Madness, yet so, so fun went on it like 5 times that day, makes for an absolutely awesome day out!!
