PAL ARENA | We Hatch RANDOM EGGS and THEN WE FIGHT - Sakurajima Episode

The Palindome Prize is a competition to see who can get to 7 wins first to be crowned the first ever Palindome Prince or Princess!
Each week we get random Pals and fight at the NEW PAL ARENA in the Sakurajima update.
This week we are only hatching eggs found on the new Sakurajima Islands in hopes of getting new pals to battle with.

Honestly surprised by the outcome. Given Donk's investment and build on his main I figured it would have cut through at least two of yours. Though it looked like picking a lot of AOE moves helped make up the difference.
Its funny how even the level spread ended up as, when you introduced the new mechanic I was thinking it was going to end up being a big advantage.
And I 100% agree, Lux is probably the best new pal addition to the update. Knocklem, Lullu and Dazemu are also really solid in context, but aren't as immediately useful.

I think adding a water skill to my shroomer helped as I always try to add a skill that whatever my pal is weak to, is weak to. Like having a grass, who is weak to fire, fire is weak to water, so I add water.
I was truly shocked to edit and see that we both pulled the manuals, and at the same time. It was really weird. The funnier part is that before he shuffled his manuals around, I would've called one too with the B4. (we pick our numbers and write them down before we start to make things easier) Editing me learns a lot about what happened during the game lmfao
Hella lux is definitely the best new one. That's powering our oil base right now.
Still looking for any ideas on future episodes if anyone has anything to suggest 😁

@@AzaleahGames you got the process ironed out pretty well. I think a couple passes with what you have already will sus out weak-points.
Like I said the new mechanic had me worried, I went straight to a level 50 Lux pub stomping his batch of 3 25s, but it ended up being super benign; at least the way you played it. I'm interested to see either of you take a "lopsided" approach to exp and see if the level gap can make up the difference.

We don't discuss our future strategies with each other much. We're both fairly competitive and want the best chance to actually win 😆
