This company is very successful for three reasons. The smokers or at least mine and two of my friends are a dream to cook on, they look like a piece of artwork, and this guy and his staff are outstanding at customer service. He handled a shipping snafu for me and let it be known on a Saturday at 11pm. Not just any Saturday. Christmas Eve. The driver delivered his last smoker minutes before Christmas. He was happy to be delivering and it was a commitment to customer service I have nor will experience again.
I finally received my 1975-t yesterday. Took a little longer than it was supposed too. 364 days to be exact. And being a welder for 16 years the guys welding these pits take pride in there work. You can always tell a welder who cares about the product he’s putting out. Was I a fan of the year wait no not really. However this was far worth the wait i couldn’t be happier with this Pitt. And the customer service at work horse Ashley was fantastic at answering all my questions and dojng her best to get my Pitt here for our Christmas party this weekend which she pulled off. And the delivery driver Andrew just as good as the rest of the company has been. I would recommend work horse to anyone I know as long as they’re willing to wait for a great product that will last a lifetime. Well done WorkHorse exceeded my expectations.
