  • Trying to reach topspeed on a tuned 1999 Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa... You will see the run for topspeed on the Hayabusa under full acceleration and with very high speeds well over 300 km/h on the German Autobahn. Filmed with a GoPro HD on r5 (better use r4 I was told later). When you think that this can not be real or that it is fake, then go ask your daddy what a Hayabusa is all about. Or google Suzuki Hayabusa.
    And offcourse watch my other video's ;)

      Plenty of people die on the autobahn, especially on bikes.
      Not saying you should chug along on your busa at 100 but the OP is right, both you and the people you're passing have loved ones waiting at home wanting to see them return in one piece.

      @@yacinealg152 That may be so and it sucks that your country is corrupted like that. But that doesn't take away from the fact that these speeds are downright ridiculous on a public road.
      Apart from this being in the netherlands. where again, the speed limit is 130km/h. Even on the german autobahn it is downright stupid to blindly trust other road users to realise that the little speck in their mirror is actually closing in at 200 km/h.
      Living within 2 minutes walking distance from the german border i have spent loads of time on the german autobahn. While germans are in general pretty skilled and well behaved drivers there are also plenty of old people, new drivers and general retards going around just like everywhere else in the world.
      If you want to open up the throttle, be a reasonable human being and wait untill you find yourself on an empty strech of road as far as the eye can see.

    Hayabusa can hit betwen 330km/h and 340km/h in stock form anytime with absolutely no mods. speed may vary from rider weight,wind,road. i hit 335km/h few times on `99 model in 99% stock form. Reaching these speeds on hayabusa is not a "wow!!" factor at all. Off course,those speeds are on the clocks,real ones are around 310~315, but that mean real ones on a 1000cc bike is around 270~280...so is alot of speed.

    • @mrknizzle09
      @mrknizzle09 9 років тому +1

      I've hit 330 no problem with my 2013 and the only thing on mine is a power commander. But you know when you hit anything past past 260km/h the speedo can be off about 3 to 5 km/h. But yeah more than possible because I've done it on these shitty as American roads so I can definitely see it on the Autobahn. That 200 MPh mark is one hell of a rush and sketchy feeling at times

    so, for those who don't want to watch the video, it goes 120 in 1st (faster than my 125 will go *in 5th gear* ), 180 in 2nd (who need more than 2 gears lmao), 220 in 3rd, 265 in 4th, around 290 in 5th and you'll go up to 330 before you'll inevitably have to slow down because there are cars in front of you
