Sorry for the late reply. You've probably figured it out already but if I'm replacing bearings then I don't care if I just break them out, just try not to damage the reluctor behind the bearing. The bearings are on there super tight. A lot of penetrating oil and just smashing the crap out of it with a slide hammer. Try a heavier duty slide hammer.
I replace the bearing and seal about 3 or 4 months ago and there was no trouble at all now it's leaking again and I can't get the axle to push in for the c-clip to pop out
@@Dirtpros exactly I have considered doing that or drilling a small hole to break the tips off once the clip and axle is out we will definitely find some obstruction in there
A 2 Hour job was turning into a 8 Hr job.. Your fix made the job make money.. Thanks !!.
I would’ve never thought a video had to be made about a stubborn c clip.
2hrs later all I can say is Thank You!!!
I just wanted to say THANK YOU! I’ve been struggling to take this C clamp off for a while and i came across your video. Thank you 🙏
Holy Crud!! I so hope this works for me in the morning. That you for sharing this.

BINGO,just what I needed,THANKS Buddy.
Thank you!! I was stuck on this step and the clamp made it so easy. I assume it needed to overcome the oil seal.
Bro …. So slick. So simple. CLUTCH homie.
That’s a sweet move
Great stuff! Thanks

Tat helped alot! Thanks. Any suggestions as I still can't pull my right rear axle out, even though I now have the C clip removed
Any tips for a stuck repair bearing, slide hammer isn’t making it budge

Hi, can I keep the vehicle in park once it's lined up to remove pin & C Clip plus axle?
The axles still won’t slide out, after clip is removed. Ugh

Same with me. I'm missing half the width of the clip. Thinking of shaving it down with a small airgrinder to make it thinner....

I can get the quest out without putting a c-clamp or anything on to it it's not that hard to get that c-clip out
Can these cause side to side play if they are worn out?
Also curious -
I'll venmo if it worked for me
