Still loving your tutorials, man! Do you have a video that shows build-ups/transitions with pitch and speed modulation? I am struggling to find a plug-in or sampler that that can do this. I've seen it done in a cubase tutorial, but I use Logic Pro X. Any information helps!

Great tutorial as always :) For you transitions with filter automation, do you add a filter on the kick, bass group, drum group and automate it when needed or do you resample on a new audio track and do it on that new track?
I automate directly on the kick & bass groups (I have a video on that too but I can't link in comments anymore so you will have to search for it. I posted it some time after the massive kick & bass guide I recently did)

"Random" refers to the lack of a discernible pattern or predictability. In a random sequence or event, each outcome has an equal likelihood of occurring, and there is no specific order or purpose guiding the selection. I don't get your point :^)
