    just made these! 1st proofed was 13 hours overnight, came out beautifully. baking took only 20 mins at 175F in my oven, so keep an eye on yours, all ovens are different. thank you for the recipe!

    Just finished baking and eaten 2 hot out of the oven buns! Incredible recipe - buns are fragrant with just the right amount of sweetness and the honey on top simply enhanced the texture n taste! Thank u for this amazing video!💗🌺

    How do you make this without powdered milk? Could I lessen milk or add to the flour?

    gorgeous. I made a batch without egg, but I'm sure addition of eggs would create a much more fluffy dough; like a cinnamon roll. I assume you think this is a superior methodology. thanks for your video....absolutely gorgeous.

      You can just add fresh yeast as It is ,just crumble it into the flour ,long as fresh yeast is fresh ,if that makes sense

      I don’t recommend it as the texture won’t be the same, plus you’d need to adjust the liquid amount. Hope it helps!

      You can combine the dough ingrdients together using a spatula, then knead it. However, it will take much longer than a stand mixer

      Yes, but then you are doing something else, more like a sweetened bread.

    I literally drool just by looking at the video end result... too bad we have a shortage of yeast, I only have old fashioned yeast, not really fond of it because I have to dilute it with water and sugar first.

    I made this recipe today and it was a complete disaster. The dough was too dry it didnt even roll out.

      You have to knead it well follow the instruction
