just made these! 1st proofed was 13 hours overnight, came out beautifully. baking took only 20 mins at 175F in my oven, so keep an eye on yours, all ovens are different. thank you for the recipe!

gorgeous. I made a batch without egg, but I'm sure addition of eggs would create a much more fluffy dough; like a cinnamon roll. I assume you think this is a superior methodology. thanks for your video....absolutely gorgeous.

You can just add fresh yeast as It is ,just crumble it into the flour ,long as fresh yeast is fresh ,if that makes sense

Can I use All purpose flour instead of bread flour
I don’t recommend it as the texture won’t be the same, plus you’d need to adjust the liquid amount. Hope it helps!
can the dough be knead in the bread machine?
Just wondering how to make this without using a standing mixer. Any suggestions or alternative method?

You can combine the dough ingrdients together using a spatula, then knead it. However, it will take much longer than a stand mixer

Yes, but then you are doing something else, more like a sweetened bread.

I literally drool just by looking at the video end result... too bad we have a shortage of yeast, I only have old fashioned yeast, not really fond of it because I have to dilute it with water and sugar first.
