    Always add atleast 2 table spoons of almondpaste in the semla, thats the best part of it ;)

    looks good but if you want some constructive criticism the cream was a bit too heavily whipped. =)

    I prefer blandsemlan mix the marsipan in the cream insted of chunk 😍
