Respectfully, this sentiment has existed for decades for all kinds of games and is fine and dandy until the same creators dropping videos like this early on whine about power creep a decade later in a game's life cycle. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
Ubisoft in particular has already fucked up this exact dynamic in Siege (though they've since hastily counteracted the creep with some harebrained nerfs, so touché ig). I'm not against your evaluation of the patch or this video itself to be clear I just hate seeing the sentiment expressed in the thumbnail play out the exact same way over and over again. Balance is more complicated than that.

Why is your mp5 iron sights different?
I guess its becaus of the skin he is using. It seems that skins change the iron sights of the gun.

A step into the right direction yes......tho their are some things that are well interesting. Echelons was nerfed and nerfed to the ground now that its unusable. Ghillie Suit is nice but loud and ppl can still see u so its meh. intel suit welp thats just ultimately useless. Phantoms were very popular even with echelons intel suit now its just straight up phantoms. 20 HP can change the game a lot and personally that passive should be changed to like flak jacket which is still a good passive and still revolves around the phantoms being "tanky". Weapons are good very good but not really enough, while it did help the weaker guns out, the same guns are still being used and not much has change. Sure people have tested it out and tried it, then went back to the old good weapons. While this patch notes for weapons was good and in the right direction, I dont think its enough to make those weapons viable enough, except maybe heavy barrel MDR but MP7 and other AR's are just leagues ahead of it.
