I did exactly what he did but I subdued the guy at the area where he jumped off. Then used the repel rope to extend down and drop. You cannot jump off like he did anymore as you will die. Tried that move 6X and it didn't work. The repel down did after there was no heat from being detected. :) Good luck!
Basically i recommend abusing Nix to attack a guard, down one as hes distracted, take out the target nix is attacking, then you have your stun shot for a 3rd enemy. Be patient and use this tactic to pick them off slowly
It took me a few trys but I realized it was all about stealth. You could literally sneak in & out without them noticing. It's wild. Only if the game could tell you that before hand.
I already have Jinjnjo’s vault keycard I got it early for exploring the game way before this intel. I managed to open the vault and get the treasure chest but I still have the intel mission with Jinnjo’s vault key still needing lol

I did this too, and I collected the rest and apparently if you collected goraks card before grabbing Intel you won’t be able to open the vault rip
