    What is cooked glutinous rice flour? Do you just put the flour in a skillet and heat for a few minutes?
    Also, what's on the outside of the mochi? Is it coconut?

      Cooked Glutinous Rice Flour: Stir-fry raw glutinous rice flour in a wok over low heat until the flour is lightly browned, i.e. cooked. It takes about 3-5 minutes.
      The outside of the mochi is grated coconut skin (or shredded coconut)
